I'm also use Wistia to host videos. Viddler and sprout video are also solutions. If it's on Wistia people can't mass flag it, or downvote it. If they want to report it, then they have to do some digging because it's not obvious it's being hosted with Wistia.

If you want to go further, you can buy a Russian server and host videos that will ignore a DMCA takedown, which is what some illegal Animie/movie sites do. But this is only an extreme solution.
