RE: "I Have Coronavirus/Cold/Flu Symptoms" thread I posted my own experience before in the main coronavirus thread but i'll reiterate my own possible experiences with this. It may be helpful as a historical timeline at least. My family and I were in Hong Kong from Nov 30-Dec 7. I base out most of the year in another Southeast asian country with a very warm tropical climate and i'm right by the ocean. After we returned I started having pretty nasty flu symptoms starting on Dec 18. That's around 11 days of incubation. I can't remember the last time I had the flu in asia. I've had bacterial infections like strep and even minor staph infections before from cuts but not full blown flu. My symptoms on Dec 18: progressive fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue. It later developed into splitting headache and a prolonged fever which lasted at least 5 days for me. Day 5 is when it started to diminish I was bedridden 2 out of 4 days when I felt awful. I was sleeping for a solid 2 out of the 4 days. I felt better Dec 24 but still had a nasty cough but not much of a fever anymore and fatigue was still present. It took me 2 weeks after Dec 24 to feel normal again. I felt pretty tired throughout that time period even though most symptoms were gone. During the first week of my illness I drank mostly fresh blended smoothies consisting of fresh oranges, mangoes, bananas, passion fruit, and zinc + multivitamin tablets. I kept the fever down with flu medication. My appetite at the time was nil. I didn't want to eat anything. I'm still not entirely sure this was covid19 and it could have very well been something equally as nasty like viral meningitis too. However, like I said before in the other thread the timeline fits. Btw, my toddler (2.5 years old) was the one who first got sick when we got back and recovered fast and then the time period overlapped where I got sick.
