RE: "I Have Coronavirus/Cold/Flu Symptoms" thread About one month ago, it got wickedly cold in Las Vegas where I live. It lasted for around two days, with a strong desert wind blowing through. I remember telling my wife, “That was the coldest day I have felt here in a long time.” The next day I had a bit of a wet cough (phlegm). There was no fever or shortness of breath. I still had plenty of energy and was still doing an hour of cardio a day at the gym. I pounded garlic and lemon juice like I normally do in such situation. Each day I got better. So the bug followed the general trajectory I see with whenever I catch a little cold/cough. Then, around a week later, I torched my throat with my CPAP machine (I have sleep apnea). The dry weather can play havoc with me in this regard, and I frequently will wake up with a very dry throat. This delayed my recovery, and it took me an extra week to lose the phlegm. Now I am 100%. That being said, with the paranoia that’s going around, there is always a bit of doubt in the back of one’s head. I imagine that when the hullabaloo dies down, I will go get checked just to be on the safe side.
