I) During the spring and summer months, the first Sunday of the month is Mandatory American Fun Day for every citizen. Report to your nearest park for festivities and community building events. II) When a citizen turns 18: either you enter the military or you give back to the Republic in some fashion. Two years for this, and four for the military. I only want the cream of the crop in my military, so I wouldn't make military service mandatory. Although those who chose military service and serve their time honorably and with distinction would receive great benefits: a plot of land in their home state, property and income taxes cut in half for life, one get out of jail free card for any crime besides murder, and no veteran would ever be allowed to be allowed to be unemployed -granted he wants to work.

III) Marijuana is illegal and every single "pot shop" gets raided. Unless you have cancer or another severe disease you're not allowed to sit around and smoke joints all day. I don't want a bunch of melts in my Republic. I would take a very hard stance on drugs. Call it a three strike policy and you're out of the Republic -one-way ticket to CAN or MEX.

IV) A push to move to the countryside. Any citizen who decides to leave the major metro areas and head to the countryside would receive assistance and heavy tax breaks.

XII) I would institute the biggest jobs program ever: coast to coast passenger rail linking every major city to the mainline that would run from D.C. to L.A. We have a lot of men out of work, we also have a lot of overgrown boys who need to be turned into men. Nothing makes you into a man faster than working outside digging ditches with the railroad. The freight railroads would play ball and help the Republic in any way I saw fit, otherwise, I would break whichever freight railroad who didn't want to play ball.

XIII) No Man is allowed to sit around at home all day and play video games if they're out of work. You need to be doing something productive. I don't care what it is. But you need to be doing something for the good of Republic.

XIV) ALL immigration is ceased. ALL welfare is ceased. We will be doing a hard reset on both issues.

XV) Strict punishment for any company or any citizen that uses the products or services of illegal immigrants.

XVI) Any citizen who doesn't pledge strict loyalty to the Republic is gone: One-way ticket to CAN or MEX.
