If you were dictator of America, what laws would you change?

Unless you have cancer or another <em>severe</em> disease you're not allowed to sit around and smoke joints all day. I don't want a bunch of melts in my Republic. I would take a very hard stance on drugs. Call it a three strike policy and you're out of the Republic -one-way ticket to CAN or MEX. </p><p></p><p><strong>IV)</strong> A push to move to the countryside. Strict punishment for any judge caught giving breaks to repeat offenders or giving any break to illegals. </p><p></p><p><strong>X)</strong> Men are not allowed to wear sports jerseys in public unless they're playing the sport. </p><p></p><p><strong>XI)</strong> Zero taxpayer money will ever go towards an NFL, MLB, etc, etc, stadium. I would also knock the players back to earth and set income levels for 'professional athletes.' Being fair I would also bring the hammer down on the owners and have them adjust ticket prices accordingly. </p><p></p><p><strong>XII)</strong> I would institute the biggest jobs program ever: coast to coast passenger rail linking every major city to the mainline that would run from D.C. to L.A. We have a lot of men out of work, we also have a lot of overgrown boys who need to be turned into men. Nothing makes you into a man faster than working outside digging ditches with the railroad. The freight railroads would play ball and help the Republic in any way I saw fit, otherwise, I would break whichever freight railroad who didn't want to play ball. </p><p></p><p><strong>XIII)</strong> No Man is allowed to sit around at home all day and play video games if they're out of work. You need to be doing something productive. I don't care what it is. But you need to be doing something for the good of Republic. </p><p></p><p><strong>XIV)</strong> ALL immigration is ceased.
