Everyone can decide what was better. </p><p></p><p>Though frankly - sooner or later someone from the developed West or East would have come to the Americas anyway. No idea whether European tech from 1780 or the Japanese imperial fleet from the other side would have been so much better.</p></blockquote><p></p>
