The fact that this question is being asked without irony shows how off-course our country has gotten. People don't seem to understand that anything can qualify as hate speech. Once you've recognized hate speech as a concept, you're on your way to getting rid of free speech.

That said, I don't think most of the people in this video understood the irony in that sign. I just think they thought "Sign bad!" like they think "Red hat bad!" We're giving them too much credit to assume they thought this through. Most Americans don't seem capable of complex thought anymore -- something exemplified by how dumbed-down popular entertainment had gotten.

A sizable percentage of the population these days are so timid and automaton that an A4 piece of paper with any message whatsoever on it duct taped to any public surface is enough to trigger their "call the authorities" response.

Ironically if you spent a few grand and made movie-poster sized messages with stylish font and colorful backgrounds that look like they were produced by a company then nobody would even look at them twice.

The immediate trigger for many drones coming across this message is that they can instantly tell it was put there by someone without the social authority to express themselves publicly. Either the authority of the state or the authority of wealth.

Any group that has a power advantage over another group is deemed an oppressor even if the group being oppressed harbors despicable attitudes and commits evil acts. The sympathy is extended in almost knee-jerk fashion to underdogs regardless of how these groups lead their lives. Since many ethnic groups in the past were unfairly maligned, they naively assume every group is equally virtuous and benign to society. That's just how it is. It's a very simplistic view of the world.

I agree. I still consider FGM as barbaric by today's standards...but I can see the end goal of it and what they were trying to achieve back then..

The idea behind it is sexual restraint for females. In a desert environment where resources are scarce, tribes cannot afford to have their females slut around and get pregnant.

It is also linked to virginity as it help increase female's marriageability. A marriage, means new alliances for the tribe, etc.

It predates Islam...but since it was part of the social order, Islam had no objections to its practice and it became part of it, although there are debates among "scholars".

Way to go to justify barbarism in order to keep women in check. There is no need to go back to the Muslim califate. That's like shooting yourself into both feet in order to lose weight.

The West had a far superior system up until roughly the 1930s and in some countries beyond that. You had wives - honorable women - and you had sluts/hookers. Honorable women did not go with a man on their own, never went alone with him anywhere and married early.

Obviously modern systems would need adaptations, but it can be done if sane healthy models were promoted. This can be done without throwing a towel over them relentlessly and wiping out their clitoris which contributes to different behavior, weight gain and even a form of eternal frustration in many.

As most things imagined by Islam - it's just retarded.
Keep the family strong - marry in the family with your cousins and uncles. - You end up with a literally dumber weaker population vs to what it could be.
Keep the old traditions strong - burn and destroy all infidel knowledge, the Quran is the only book you know. You end up with knowledge barely being done and the entire Muslim world publishing as many books as one mid-sized European country - nevermind patent generation and other achievements.
Have polygamy and female restraint which necessities eternal warfar and constant supply of slaves - since you cannto have that becasu the West has become too strong = rampant homosexuality in countries like Saudi Arabia where many bottom class men fuck powerbottoms and consider themselves not gay. (and they may not be - they are just victims in a prison system called Islam)

In reality the wide majority of Western girls even in the 1950s or for Eastern European countries up to the 1970s wasn't as degenerate as advertised. The cultural marxism and aggressive promotion of degeneration, slut-pushing vs slut-shaming - all began with the 70s, but accelerated in the 80s and 90s - resulting in the 00s Tinder-super-power-mode. It runs counter the inherent female instincts. It takes one war and one shitlord totalitarian ruler to promote sane values again.
