Ivermectin Thread

Interesting article on the doctor who wrote the book: The War on Ivermectin: The Medicine That Saved Millions and Could Have Ended the COVID Pandemic.

The original article is now behind a paywall but I think this is the same one:

My mother got the China virus today and I recommended Ivermectin to her. As a nurse, she scoffed her nose up at the idea and went on a rant about how I needed medication to treat my paranoia. I'm trying to make her see the light bit by bit. It was widely used in India so I don't see why she shouldn't try it. She has a very fixed way of thinking. Hopefully she'll be alright.

Just ask the question nonchalantly and offhand "why did they use it in India?"

I bought Iver for horses, because it's illegal to buy medicine in Australia, and used it throughout covid.

I recently felt an illness coming on and took some I had left. Had chills for one day and was gone after that.

Ofcourse there is no way to tell if it was just a very mild illness, or if some other aspect of my health was responsible for fighting it off, but I'm keeping some Iver handy from now on.
