Jab mandate….religious exemption question

I’m also researching but figured I’d ask as well. Someone asked me if you need to prove your religion is against the jab. They’re catholic and are concerned since the church officially is pro jab. I don’t think you do. My understanding is you could be worshipping superman and green lantern and still claim religious exemption. Anyone know anything?

If a place of employment mandates a vaccine there should be a form developed within Human Resources. A form usually will require establishing in writing why the vaccine violates religious beliefs. The place of employment may even require a written statement from your religious advisor on why a religious exemption should be granted.

Edit: A Catholic can still claim exemption by religious belief within a traditional Orthodox Catholic belief or just as a Christian. Why does Christian Ministry Health coverage not cover vaccines?

Here is the legislation that can be used for terminology. https://www.ncsl.org/research/health/school-immunization-exemption-state-laws.aspx

Don't let anyone pigeon-hole you into their own narrow-minded definition of "religion."

Demanding that you point to a specific holy text or religion that has been "approved as a real religion by the government" is a pretty egregious first amendment violation here in America.

The word "religion" does not even innately denote belief in a God or higher power (that is theology). It is about the rules and principles that govern your way of living.

I cannot point to a formal theological basis for declining or refusing chemical injections, but it has been part of my RELIGION for my entire life.

FWIW though, I don't intend to take any exemptions - religious or medical - if it comes to it. Doing so grants legitimacy to the stupid games they're playing.

It's all carrots and sticks. All you have to do is decide that you don't want their carrots. Then when they come to hit you with the stick, it becomes a self-defense issue.

They can't win; they're trying to force you to surrender.

Hello Lamkins: hope all is well.
Here is a thread in the men’s forum that could be helpful too.

Also large companies are having lawyers write up exemptions that are essentially contracts. Some with open clauses such as "I agree to follow any other obligations that (company) mandates". So they can make up any rules they want in the future and will be able to fire you based on that open contract you signed. It is really scummy the way the companies are going about this.
Anyways, I wouldn't sign an exemption written up by HR. Just try to find another job.

ALL-PURPOSE VACCINE EXEMPTION PROCESS:

Q: "Have you been vaccinated???"

A:
"I'm SO glad we've dispensed with medical privacy. I was actually just talking to YOUR MOM last night about how she's not allowed into any of the swinger's clubs anymore, after they all found out from her doctor that she's had a [dormant/asymptomatic] case of [STD] ever since her teenage-street-hooker days. You should call her!"

(Raise middle fingers, walk away.)

Use this on everyone. Reaction can only be better if their mom is dead.

So what do you guys think about this?

Let's say someone isn't opposed to all vaccines; only the covid one; and it isn't even that they're opposed to the vaccine itself.... but they are opposed to the MANDATING of it because of how much that resembles the Mark or a prerequisite to the Mark.

Would this count as a religious exemption? Not being "opposed to the vaccine" per se, but simply opposed to the mandatory element of it all? I wonder. Is there any legal precedent for this?

Unfortunately one gal I know filled out the form with specific Bible verses and they still kept coming back with more forms. They also wanted a signature. She said forget it and told her recruiter to find another healthcare facility.

Let us know.
Apparently I got an email shortly after turning it in. I just now checked that email, so I wasn't aware before. It said this:

"Human Resources has received your request for an exemption from the Covid-19 vaccination requirement. As a follow up, and as a part of the interactive process to review accommodations and next steps, please let me know a good date/time to connect and/or feel free to give me a call at (redacted)"

I emailed her back and said Monday is good. I'm super nervous. I am HORRIBLE at confrontation or needing to exercise assertiveness in any way. This job is only two hours a week; a huge part of me wants to just resign rather than do a terrifying HR interview.

Don’t be scared. This will be great practice. Obviously pray as much as you can, but for me a part time job would be practice to let my tongue roll. Not saying it’s not important or you don’t love it but for me 2 hours wouldn’t support me or my family so I’d be more willing to really let em know how I feel. Lord, knowing me I’d be quoting revelation and tell them y’all are doing the devils work. This whole WuFlu thing has made me more vocal and feisty and angry. You can do it. If it helps write everything down. Some people forget everything once the camera starts rolling so to speak. Write every single thing down. Keep us posted. But above all pray a lot. I know inside I’m a firecracker so I need the Trinity to calm me down. I had one healthcare job I was fired from for refusal of the flu shot. I also had to talk to HR. Due to their stupidity of course the call ended with me getting loud and hanging up on them. Granted their reasons were wrong and I knew I was right about that BS jab, but I could have handled that better. But hey I wouldn’t be where I am now if I was still at that lab.

The Revelation thing is exactly my #1 issue.

I had a dream a couple of weeks ago that I was walking through my neighborhood, and there was a mobile vaccine van type of deal. I was walking slightly ahead of my husband... ahead enough that I had to shout back to him but he could hear me. I shouted, "Hey I'm just gonna go ahead and do it," and he said, "all right." I was at the window of the van waiting for the nurse to prep everything, when I felt a strong voice inside saying "once it's done it can't be undone". The voice was referring to both the physical and the spiritual.

My dad is heavily disabled after a stroke, he needs 1-2 people around 24/7. I’d rather die from Covid (unlikely) than to risk even moderate disability from the kill shot. I’m mulling whether i’d submit to regular tests but I’ll never get jabbed.

As far as the religious exemption, even if it works now it could be denied in a month. One of the major airlines, United I think, just put all of their religiously exempt employees on unpaid leave. The people pulling the strings in this show hate Christ and they’ll never let a Christian get away with a religious defense. The existence of such exemptions seems to have been a ruse from the start since they are axing them now. By all means try it but it’s no silver bullet.
