Some replies to the tweet said it looked like an IV had been there. That's what I thought too, but I would expect the IV needle to run straight towards the wrist. Also, in this picture it looks as if something is still under the skin between the two sores. I would not expect an IV needle to leave a visible mark where the needle had previously been.

My first thought was that it was a subcutaneous implant, like some women get for birth control. They also have subcutaneous implants as defibrillators, but these are not placed in the back of the hand. I tried to look up any implant of this type that would go in the hand, but couldn't find anything.

Maybe some kind of ID marker, one of Bill Gate's microchips?

I second the tracker. Maybe they need it to keep track of the old pedo when he wanders the halls of the White House at night trying to sniff the hair on the portraits or goes off looking for ice cream.

I'd guess it's a Deep Fake, you get someone that vaguely looks like Biden, then just let the algo slap Biden's face and voice onto the guy in the video. People have pretty much dismantled the whole thing already, apparently he doesn't blink even once during his speech. It's also important that he doesn't open his mouth too much because the algo is struggling with correctly depicting human teeth, also the frontal perspective is much easier to do than a 180° or 270° with varying angles, which leaves much more room for error and strange artifacts.

Anyway, I don't think it matters all that much. Biden is semi-lucid at best and not in charge of anything, everyone knows that by now.​

I’d like to agree with you, but unfortunately many people are blissfully unaware, most alarmingly suburban white boomer women, of which my mother-in-law is disturbingly one. She voted for Joe Biden because the media convinced her Orange man bad, but has literally no idea about Biden’s glaring faults. When I bring stuff like this up, it’s like I’m speaking a different language. Stuff like this has to be disseminated so widely that people can’t dispute its veracity. (And even then it might not do anything, see Fetterman’s win in Pennsylvania. Albeit voting started before his debate performance,)

If the globalists decide to discard Biden, then everything described in this article will probably evaporate. If they do decide to back him, then the next year or two should get fairly intense regarding the Hunter Biden probe.

I can’t even get upset about any of this, in fact I was probably better off not knowing and happier not knowing about the ugly details of the deep state.

on the subject of deep fakes, normies may acknowledge that the technology is out there, but they can never even begin to conceive that the USG would utilise it. It doesn’t really matter how weird any fakes of Biden get. It’s easier to ignore it than to accept that they might fake videos of the President, because of the massive implications of such a fakery to their worldview.
