On another note, CTE brain cases are not going to slow down anytime soon. There is a whole generation or two of former football players younger than Junior Seau. As they get older that tau on their brain is going to get worse and worse.

Seems grim but I am expecting more MMA fighters to start going bad soon. I been trying things like CST (Cranial Sacral Therapy) a couple years ago and that at least stopped me from grinding my teeth to a pulp, stopped most of my PTSD nightmares, and stopped sleep paralysis episodes. I heard about it from NFL players and Roy Jones Jr. Roy said he never ever slept until he got the therapy, said he just laid down awake at night. Anyway I am starting to have issues again minus the teeth grinding. I guess I need to go back to therapy again.... it wasn't cheap though. About 200 a session.
Guys need to work almost as hard as when they were active just to keep from falling off the deep end, but some of these guys like Seau were dead men walking. Brett Favre is in the news recently and is finally talking about his issues. He thinks he may have had over a 100 concussions. Freaky shit. He gets memory blackouts, addiction issues, all kinds of shit.
