The jurors saw the higher quality by the prosecutor at a later point after the defense showed them the one they were provided (the lower quality video)
The high def version. The problem is the defense wasn't given the high def version in order to prepare a defense. If they were, they could have conceivably seen that the pixel alleged to be Kyle's hand aiming at the Ziminskis (never happened) was actually from a mirror on the duramax. This is such a grave error, it alone could result in a mistrial, I think even with prejudice which would mean Kyle gets off and doesn't have to stand another trial.

They fialed to adequately voice objections on inclusion of illegal evidence

The reason they havent' come back with not guilty is 2 fold : The defense team is subpar all things together. AND This is a political trial and there are political partisans on the jury (4 of whom which have worn masks the entire time....)

In mine it's looking like a hung jury and then we pray for a mistrial with prejudice on appeal. It sounds like they have some mask wearing liberal wine aunts on the jury who want to see Kyle hang. There are many things at this point which could justify a mistrial or a mistrial with prejudice. There are so many things wrong with this trial, jury selection, juries in general, you could write a book on it. Media is clearly getting to the judge as well, today he addressed a local newspaper's criticism of him in court - not a good look. I wonder how that will affect the judge.
Breaking: Krauss appears to be lying and saying the reason the defense has a lower quality video is because of the defense's phone compressing it and changing the aspect ratio. I've never heard such a thing - as I'm aware you choose what quality to send and any compression is consented to from the sender's end, and even then it wouldn't change aspect ratio. He is also saying he cannot be held liable for this, even though the prosecution has the burden for this sort of thing. If they get away with this it's because of the judge's and the defense's tech illiteracy.

This man either gets life in prison, or he stays out and becomes a hero for the rest of his life, with his house becoming some pilgrimage. it's all or nothing.
