Kyle's Legal Defense Fund

Whatever you think about the fact of a 17 year-old being armed on the street during a riot, the fact is that they are going to try and railroad this kid. He deserves a good defense, just like anyone else. We must support the sacred right to self-defense, even as we condemn offensive violence. Michelle Malkin has hooked him up with Nick Sandman's lawyer and they have a legal defense fund, share it far and wide as I am sure it will be blocked soon enough.

Already donated--I would suggest everyone type the url into a separate browser instead of following the link from here as if you donate you will be giving your credit card information including real name and address to the site--rest assured it will be the target of leftist cyber attacks and if they are able to access the donation list they could possibly track it back to here and dox your RVF account.

FYI, the lawyer's name in L. Lin Wood. He became famous after defending Richard Jewell and more recently Nick Sandman of Covington Christian fame. He had retired but is coming out of retirement to defend this patriot. Also, his expertise is First Amendment law, not criminal law, but he will be involved in building the defense against the bogus charges in Wisconsin. I wouldn't be surprised if he sues the Wisconsin prosecurtor and brings a private civil action called a 1983 claim for deprivation of his civil rights.

As good as everyone’s intention, donating to this cause will do nothing. Verdict and sentence have very likely already been decided in advance.

It’s as if an American were arrested in North Korea and then we were to donate to his “legal defense fund” for his show trial in a North Korean court.

Nonsense. Remember how many people said that Nick Sandman's life was over? All he needs is a competent lawyer and a few dollars. I going to chip in right now.

Are you seriously comparing Nick Sandmann (a protester who was accused of laughing in someone’s face) with this Kyle guy who is accused of first-degree murder?

Come on, now.

They shouldn't even have brought charges since Wisconsin is stand your ground. This isn't Charlottesville. If he hangs, I don't believe people will accept it. It's too obvious what's going on.

Hmm, at this point I could care less. They can go ahead and put me on a list for donating to the defense of a 17 year old kid whose only "crime" is defending himself from murderous pedophiles and marxists.

No it's not the same in scale but it's the same in principle. In both cases, the boys were targeted by the legacy and social media as evil white supremists. And in both cases there is clear footage that shows this is false. Nick Sandman would have been broken for the rest of his life if he didn't get a lawyer and settle for, according to some sources, 80 million dollars. He won. And the reason he won was that documented truth was on his side. Kyle will also walk free because of the indisputable documented truth on his side. The worst he can expect is charges for transporting a weapon across state lines.

Go look up the case of Michael Strickland. I believe it was in Portland, Oregon, sometime in 2016.

Then go watch the video of the incident. I believe it is still on YouTube. He was alone and got threatened by Antifa members wielding big sticks and flagpoles. They were approaching him aggressively, and so he pulled out a gun and pointed it at them. No shots fired. Just pointed the gun at them. And the gun was legal and he had a concealed carry permit.

Then go look up what happened to him in court after his arrest.

I guess we’ll just see how the trial turns out. If he is acquitted, I will retract what I said.

For the record, I hope I am wrong and he does get acquitted
According to this article the charges are drawn up with an unusual amount of exculpatory evidence, so maybe the prosecution isn't too bloodthirsty. I'm sure they are pissed about their city, Kenosha is not Portland.
