I know about the horrible effects that opioids have had on China and his people. I think that this picture is tragic. I am simply giving historical parallels between China during the late 19th century, and modern times.

Neither is funny, imo. At least hers was a fictional pictorial meant to be satire of current government policy. You posted a picture of an actual person using drugs… somehow that’s funny?
There are many such actual people using drugs in the United States. The problem is that no one wants to see them.
