I have a couple of general suggestions for these:
1. "Look Up, Bitch" is an excellent hard phrase. I think it should be featured more prominently -- bigger letters, maybe on top of the meme -- and without the hashtag which has a softening/snarkifying effect. Let the hardness of the phrase be felt fully, because it packs a punch. Just like that, with spaces between words, with a comma but no other punctuation:
LOOK UP, BITCH
2. Along with the idea of the background being some obviously noteworthy, newsworthy, or historical event (which may be getting a little stale), there are two variations I can think of:
a) Make the background something cute or funny, possibly involving animals or children. Then the same phonebitch in the foreground, and "Look Up, Bitch" featured prominently. The idea of being completely oblivious to something cute or funny or touching going on can hit some people -- bitches specifically -- harder than being oblivious to something obviously world shattering.
b) In the same vein, but subtler, have a background where there is nothing in particular going on except the general flow of life -- people walking around, some talking, laughing, etc -- it just has to be a matter of inspiration of choosing the right image that subtly conveys flow. Then same oblivious phonebitch and "Look Up, Bitch" featured fairly prominently. These could be almost mystical.
