I'm probably hovering around 12-14% BF.

I know what you are talking about. I've never had trouble to go from 20+% to 12-15%, but getting to the 10% mark is a bitch.

If you can get ephedrine, ECA stack is the only "fat burning pill" that actually works. Should make you burn extra 200-300 calories per day - enough to get you over the hump. Other than that, can't think of anything better than maintaining a cal deficit, staying off carbs and doing HIIT 3 times per week.

I'd like to drop about 30 pounds in the next month or two, or whatever it takes to get at least close to a six pack. I went from 252 to 191 since i joined the forum, but have plateued. I'm at the gym every other day, eat about 1500 calories a day, low sodium diet, drink lots of water, and on OTC diuretics, but I still have this "pouch" over my stomach. I'm at 25.1 BMI (I'm overweight...by 0.1 point), though I'm kind of stocky. I'm kind of fighting with one foot in the bucket because I have to boost both strength and running endurance, while losing weight rapidly. Plus, I have very very little money to work with (marginally unemployed) and I can't really cook at my apartment.

around 2800 at least in theory. When I first started losing, I was down to 400 a day 6 days a week and 1600 on day 7. Now I usually have most of my calories in bread and chicken.

400 calories?! were you under supervision of a doctor or anything? do you take any nutritional supplements?

Maybe try doing a paleo-esque diet instead of what you're doing. Meat and veg.

I run almost an hour every two days at the gym...and no doctors, just went "I'm fat!" and stopped eating 6 days of the week at a time. Should probably look into paleo or IF and start running every day.

Yogurt in the morning with flax seeds for breakfast, 6 boiled egg whites (w/o yellow part) for lunch, and some combination of steamed chicken/fish with steamed vegetables for dinner. Mix in fruits, balance bars, and water/coffee throughout the day.

After having tried many different variations, I found this is the most consistent meal plan for me such that it relieves me from having to go on any crazy crash diets or popping cheap pills. I also find that carbs (even wheat bread) and any kind of processed food in general makes me lethargic and moody so I try to avoid them as much as possible.

The trick is to make your diet/exercise sustainable, almost to the point where you enjoy doing both. Boiled eggs for lunch do not sound appetizing at first but it's softer on the stomach unlike a typical meal from subway. It's also the leanest and meanest protein out there.

Don't waste egg yolk. Your body needs cholesterol to produce testosterone and vitamin D.

Also, don't overdo it with fruit - the carbs from the fructose can really add up if you are not careful.

I've begun mixing my whole eggs with egg whites in a 1:2 ratio for my Big Arse Omelet in the morning, works well.

There are too many estrogenic compounds in today's food that it is almost impossible for average men to lose weight as fast as they can. These compounds are called Xenoestrogen - commonly found in plastics. When it gets to the body, it builds up and resists fat burning. Therefore, you'd need a different kind of diet for this. Ori Hofmekler wrote a book called Anti-Estrogenic Diet. It basically contains a list of natural food that can act as anti agent to the xenoestrogen.

Leangains has been amazing. I've done it for a week already, and my body fat is shrinking and my muscle mass seems to be staying relatively the same. And I can even lift more in the gym.

IF is the way to go.

Losing weight fast is a bad idea. It's very stressfull on the body and psyche and most importantly it's ineffective and unhealthy.

Your body fat acts like a storage for water insoluble toxins, such as the xenoestrogens mentioned above, which get liberated and reach high levels in the blood stream when you quickly lose a lot of fat.

Also, dropping pounds fast can cause stretch marks as your tissue cannot adapt that fast. Doesn't look very attractive, imho.

I don't believe in crash diets or diets at all as you have to lose weight and then maintain it...you need to think long term.

Fast losing of fat is also going to result in loose skin. This skin than needs to be surgically removed since it looks really bad. I'm not sure after a certian point if does shrink. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?...01111240112752.2898559.5117566&type=1&theater

Take time losing the weight and work on building muscle too. I agree about leangains, especially its workout routine, but don't try to rush weight loss. Let it drop off naturally.

Running is an awful way of losing weight. Its much slower than weight training in burning calories, and more likely to develop tears and overuse injuries. You also raise cortisol levels through the roof and for extended periods. This digests your muscles. I think its better to occasionaly do a short burst of sprints and long bouts of walking (raises your heart rate quite a bit, and doesn't mess with cortisol as much).

The absolute fastest method possible of losing body fat is doing a protein sparing modified fast (PSMF). Lyle McDonald wrote a book on it called The Rapid Fatloss Handbook. However I suggest you just Google PSMF.

The other fastest way is to run 2,4 dinitrophenol.

Your diet is more important then your exercise program!

If shitty food never touches your mouth, you won't have fat building up around your belly.

The number one rule of exercise should be "Don't put shitty, processed food in your mouth".

I only workout to build muscle, never to lose fat. Fat doesn't enter my mouth unless its "good fat: like olive oil, avocado, coconut, etc.

Want to lose weight quickly? Only eat salads and fruit at night. Maybe a little fish if you need some protein.

These months i am working out a lot, because i need to lose my bellyfat ASAP....The last few years i ate wrong and now i have BF% of 27% so you can imagine something went really wrong. I think i have good (inner) game with the girls, but this current physique state fucks it up. So..Now i am only concentrating on sports and lose weight and expect to have more success in the nearby future.

My plan is like:
8 sessions work-out every week ( I am now in week 5 and started with 4 sessions) 6 days a week, 2 days with 2 sessions. 1 day free..that makes 8. I do cardio, weights, boxing and running and mix it up every day.
I drink at least 2 liters water a day. I eat 6 "good" meals a day and try to sleep 7 hours a day at least. I do not use diet pills or whatever. I just want to change my lifestyle on the long run as well.

After 3 weeks i lost 4 kg, thats 9 pounds i guess. Not that much yet, but it is a start. I am 183cm 5foot10? and 100 kg 220 lbs!? I have to lose another 35 pounds....If you have any tips let me know

That's overt-training though. Your going to lose muscle too. Check out lean gains, you can lose a lot and with less work.
