Male Student Accuses Female Student of Sexual Assault. She Says He Wanted Revenge.

https://reason.com/blog/2018/05/11/cincinnati-rape-title-ix-doe-roe-sex

The University of Cincinnati suspended a female student for allegedly engaging in nonconsensual sex with a male student who claimed he was too drunk at the time to approve the encounter.

The fact that this case involves a male accuser ("John Doe") and a female aggressor ("Jane Roe") makes it unusual among Title IX complaints. (Title IX is the federal statute that forbids sex discrimination in schools.) But the female student's lawsuit against Cincinnati—which accuses the university of violating her due process rights—reveals something even odder: Roe had previously filed a sexual misconduct complaint against one of Doe's friends.

Roe's lawsuit, then, suggests that Doe filed the complaint against Roe as a kind of revenge for getting his friend in trouble. (I have an alternative theory, but I'll save that for the end.)
On information and belief, John Doe was motivated to file a Title IX Complaint in retaliation for a prior Title X Complaint Jane Roe had filed against his friend," according to the suit.

Roe also contends that it was ridiculous to find her guilty of nonconsensual sex because of Doe's drunkenness, but not find Doe guilty too: Roe was also drunk at the time, so under the rules she was just as unable to consent to sex as he was. While this might seem like a paradox—how can two young people rape each other?—it would actually be a straightforward application of affirmative consent, which requires all participants in a sexual encounter to proactively obtain freely given and unambiguous consent before proceeding.

The encounter between Roe and Doe took place on September 30, 2017. They went to a party together and then returned to Doe's residence after Doe said he was feeling drunk. They went to his bedroom, where Roe fell asleep. Doe eventually crawled into bed and initiated sexual contact with her. After allowing him to touch her, Roe asked if "there was anything else you want to do." He said no and they went to sleep. (Keep in mind that this is Roe's account, and she is the accused.)

Could this be a turning point in university campus witchhunts against young men?

Young lads should be flooding the system with fake complaints, vexatious claims and trying to get as much publicity as possible.

Only through demonstration of the ridiculousness of the whole situation will change happen.

Bitches got to feel the effects as well, it can't all be one way traffic.

The boy from the original case beat his case, because it came up she was banging the detective who happened to be overseeing the case. (She refused to present her text message history)

Funny thing is, she was engaged and claim she intended to save her virginity for her wedding night, whichbis why whe was so 'traumatized' by the rape. Then it comes out she's hooking up with a Police Officer thats twice her age

I wrote something analogous in the "Famous men under sexual allegations" thread early on when it was the just the Harvey Weinstein shit show. Ive been waiting for some male underling(s) to come forward as having been harassed by a high profile power cougar(s).

But this is better....if dudes start accusing girls every time they engage in sexual activity after drinking that would be interesting to see how the aca-femi-nazis resolve that development

I thought protocol was to keep the victim anonymous, but to get the perps name out there as soon as possible upon the flimsiest and baseless of accusations? Why are they making us wait to blame and shame an obviously guilty rape fiend? How can the male collegiate feel safe knowing she's out there, no doubt raping away as I type this?

This could work. For real. Logic, evidence, justice, etc, elude women. Concepts critical to having an actual society, like the Rule of Law, simply don't register.

But knowing they might end up expelled from school and labeled a sex predator for no reason at all? You better believe this will get their attention, and highlight the evil and abusive nature of these proceedings.

If you are a man, and suspect a woman might try and pull some bullshit like this, your best hope (as this absurd situation shows) is to file a complaint *before* she does. It will protect you, and discredit the system as a whole.

Seriously, the man who did this is a hero.

College in the 1970s: "Animal House," toga parties, and wild sex.

College in the 1980s: "Back To School," hot tub parties, and more wild sex.

College today: Idiot Millennials seeking legal "revenge" on each other over sex.

The end.

In the early to mid eighties, it was still Animal House, toga parties, and wild sex.

It may be revenge, but the system is incentivizing smart moves like this. You can't be a rapist if you're the victim.

It'll be a race to the Title IX office to make the complaint first.

How do the 18-22 set have sex then? Its as if there is really an INGSOC equivalent political party trying to eliminate the orgasm.

We now have incentivized "revenge tattling". No one in the story is anywhere near being an adult.

Male Student Accuses Female Student of Sexual Assault. She Says He Wanted Revenge

From the article:
Here's an alternative theory: Doe woke up, realized they had engaged in sexual activity while they were both drunk, and feared that she would file a complaint against him, as she had done to his friend. Panic-stricken, he felt he had no choice but to beat her to the punch.
That sounds a lot more plausible than the guy was a suave Casanova who seduced her as part of an elaborate plot to get back at her for something done 18+ months prior.

I checked out her Facebook and she has quite a bit of conservative content/affiliations (ex. NRA, Turning Point USA, etc.) We all know the disingenuous nature of tradthots (does she actually care about any of that stuff?), however, is it possible that this was some kind of setup from rabid leftists, using one of their preferred tactics (rape accusations) with a twist?

Under their ridiculous rules, these are't "fake" accusations, it's just holding everyone to the same standard. This is actually a classic tactic from Alinn's rules for radicals (they can work for good and evil both) saying to make sure you hold your opponents to their own ridiculous rules.

Its a win for "toxic masculinity" and the "rape culture", IE men, so I would tend to doubt it.
