Roosh, I was thinking of the cash me outside girl as well; when I found out she was only 13 I was stunned. Don't get me wrong I've seen some girls develop early but her chest is quite disproportionate from her otherwise very slender frame. When I was in school, the girls hit puberty at different ages. This case is actually quite surprising. Usually guys who make this mistake get the book thrown at them.
