If you have a mental disorder, you will get less time than someone who&nbsp; doesnt have a mental disorder and committed the same crime. Always the original sentence is harsh and they throw the book at you then they&nbsp; significantly lower the sentence.Remember you can be accused and arrested of any crime. You are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.&nbsp; It doesnt say he was charged yet. Just what he is facing if convicted. But he wont be convicted for 10 years.
