That way if you decide to drive your car through a crowd of people then you get just a few feet far before being electrocuted by your chip. </p><p></p><p>But I guess that most of Western folk would not go for it YET. </p><p></p><p>Still - the push for it has barely begun. </p><p></p><p>First it will be voluntary, then it will become mandatory for a few, finally it will become mandatory for everyone - or else.</p></blockquote><p></p>
