Not really. They are pictures taken like everybody else does. Homemade porn is a big niche and hollywoods elite is just the same.
I'm not sure how to feel about this. On one hand we now know a lot of hollywoods leading ladies are bedroom sluts ripe for the spanking but the other shows their privacy invaded at an extreme level.
A man getting laid doesn't do this, only a desperate chode out for money does it.
Its a bit foolish however to upload this material to the cloud. Someone can see it regardless of who you are and what privacy settings they claim to have. I reckon Google will get sued and lose a lot of $$ of this.
Which is good as Google is becoming too big.
