Maui fire disaster

How do the rich insure these properties?
Most wealthy vest (hold ) property title in one of various types of trusts ( land, family, revocable, irrevocable,) in concert with a variety of entities such as an LLC ( depending on state) . Property held trust in an LLC is treated simply as an asset of the LLC and the LLC can be insured against capital losses. It’s all part of a comprehensive “risk management “ program set up with lawyers and accountants that specialize in high net worth clientele. That’s just one way

Hurricane winds probably knocked down energized power lines which started the fire. Very similar to the Marshall Fire which devastated a suburb of Boulder CO in December ‘21. A good, dry grass crop carries fire easily. Especially being wind driven. Two of the 5 common factors of fatality wildfires is being caught in light flashy fuels (e.g. grass) and gusty, erratic winds. Exactly what happened in Maui. This is a far more natural, and likely explanation for what happened than lasers and conspiracy.

The long term outcome of this will be similar to what’s happening across the American west. A wildfire is started by downed power lines. Fire blasts though areas with high fuel loading due to mismanagement. Massive damage to property, and massive insurance claims result. Power companies are sued for huge sums (e.g. PG&E, and now the local provider in Maui). Power companies declare, or threaten bankruptcy. Government financial support is needed to maintain electricity in rural areas. Insurance companies pull out of areas due to fire risk. This has happened in several western states, and is spreading. Homeowners can’t buy (or own) rural houses due to banks not financing uninsured property. Cash is supreme and only the wealthy can afford the prices in this market. Less wealthy people are forced into cities, making them easier to control.

This is the playbook that has been used, is being used, and will continue to be used to depopulate rural areas.
This is an interesting new addition to the globalist playbook to move people out of rural areas and into the controlled cities. Seems more likely for the Canadian Wildfire situation than Maui, but perhaps they want all of the middle class and indigenous people and riff raff off the Island so only the billionaires can remain there to afford it? Just another theory to consider.

The most odd part about that photo is how one car was totally engulfed by flames but the one next to it looks unharmed? Or am I seeing things?

Edit
Am I crazy for thinking this looks off?

Several possible explanations Such as those cars ( unburned) are of first people that came or returned in the aftermath

Then again those people walking look like Mossad ;)

I think that car, as well as the grey one behind it are just parked there after the fact. Its confusing cause the SUV is painted practically the same color as the burnt cars.

1. @FEMA’s Temporary Sheltering Assistance is now available for residents who were displaced from their homes by the wildfires, allowing survivors to shelter in hotels or motels temporarily as they develop a long-term housing plan.
...
2. We're laser-focused on getting aid to survivors, including Critical Needs Assistance: a one-time $700 payment per household offering relief during an unimaginably difficult time.

We have staff on the ground dedicated to helping survivors navigate the registration process.
...
3. We're making sure all residents receive critical information so they can take steps to move forward in their recovery.

This includes translating materials into the most common languages spoken in the islands and working closely with trusted community-led organizations.
...
4. I'm urging residents to apply for FEMA assistance.

Survivors with internet or telephone access can register for assistance by visiting DisasterAssistance.gov, calling 1-800-621- 3362, or by using the FEMA App.
...
5. And for those trying to locate loved ones, a Family Assistance Center is open at the Kahului Community Center.

Those with phone access can also call the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767
