Men who can't have children (Sterile, Impotent)

This is a topic that hasn't been discussed here. I tried researching the forum on this topic but found nothing.

My brother recently realized he can't have kids or have a family because he's sterile and it was a big blow to the family for many reasons and its a huge problem in many men in the west than people realize. We've probably met people or know someone who can't have kids or form a family. What do we do to help those men out and give them a helping hand and make sure these men are alright?

From what I understand the fake penises are getting pretty advanced( no I don't know *that* much about them but one of my roommates from college worked for one of the companies). If you get testicular cancer and can't have sex, you and still use one of these fake penises to have sex with your wife/girlfriend.

As for having children, they could adopt or get a sperm donor. As for "what can be done for them", it reminds me of that scene from Fight Club with meat loaf(the singer) who is at the meeting with Edward Norton

I guess you could suggest they go to support groups like the testicular cancer support group. "Remain men together".

This is actually a topic that interests me a great deal. And It's not just in North America - I know plenty in eastern Europe who have this issue as well. It's actually really scary to see how common cancer and infertility has become and we collectively just accepted that it's something that "just happened". I get that humans evolve and things change, but it seems like in the last 100 years things have changed way too drastically for it to just be an effect of human evolution. Like Testosterone dips of over 50% in the last 50 years or whatever.

I don't wanna get all Alex Jones on here but I think it's pretty apparent that we're all getting mildly *poisoned* somehow (either voluntarily or involuntarily) through pollution, our food, water, etc. I really don't believe that all these problems we're facing are because of a sedentary lifestyle.

Yeah but sperm donor doesn't help because it wont be blood related.

Fake penises though sounds interesting.

Father or brother donor? Or at the very least someone from your ethnic background.

Maybe you can find a young widow with infants.

I don't think there's anything stopping a guy that's impotent from having kids.
Usually the problem, for guys these days, is finding a woman that will let you impregnate her.
