However, I also think we can greatly improve our mental health by identifying our main stressors and  trying eliminating them.For instance, if you worry because of lack of money, would finding a higher paid job reduce your stress a bit?Or if you live in an apartment and your neighbours drive you nuts or the location is too loud, would moving to a quieter place would make you feel better? At least that's what I did, addressing one stress point after the other. Now I feel the most peace I ever felt in my entire life thanks be to God.</blockquote>
