Hey ewsake, I was in your shoes about a year and a half ago. I have posted a couple of times in different threads about my weight loss. Don't get down on yourself, you can lose the weight again. Don't look at losing weight as a task. Its just simply an every day activity like sleeping/eating.
My peak fatness was 317. Now I'm 191. So all I did to jumpstart my weight loss was walk. I fuckin' walk everywhere--in the heat and cold. I walk to the grocery (over a mile away). And I lug the bags back home in a duffel bag. I walk so much, I've been asked by my neighbors if I need a ride. The first few months, all I did was walk--no weights. I got stuck (plateau) a couple of times at a weight (270, 230) -- then I added weight training and walked more. I use the Scooby intermediate program (google it).
As far as food, I use Intermittent Fasting, no candy/soda, eat fish/chicken/veggies, snacks: mostly fruits, occasionally pretzel/popcorn. I cheat about 2-3 times a month with a pizza, burger, and/or steak. I don't drink any alcohol. I use supplements that TravelKai mentioned above except for DIM. I never really tracked calories, just ate better food.
As far as approaching women--even if you're fat do it anyway. Don't get down if you get rejected--every does. Read the Approach and Players threads--take advantage of the forum (WIA, Giovanny, kaotic, Stalin, Linux, Moma/Rudebwoy have helped me). Get out there and talk to everybody-- be friendly! I met my current GF on line at a food truck when I first started losing weight---I must have been 280 at the time.
