Depending on how your diet looked before it can be a market improvement. I would still take the basic supplements with that, but the need is less. </p><p></p><p>You can calculate the nutrient intake on Cronometer - 6 pounds of potatoes will get you a full protein, mineral and even significant vitamin dose.
