Estrogen is a feminizing hormone. If birth control pills supposedly affect fetal development in utero, then you would expect them to affect male and female fetuses in the same direction. But the OP seems to be arguing that the extra estrogen is feminizing male fetuses while masculinizing female fetuses, which is utter nonsense. Testosterone masculinizes both genders, estrogen feminizes both genders. Either the pill is going to make boys into fags and girls into super feminine little princesses, or it's going to make boys into macho men and girls into your typical American sloot, but it's not going to pull the two genders in opposite directions.

Second this.

Agreed, you can't have one or the other, they both are affected by it in same ways or aren't.

It's an interesting theory, although I don't know enough biology and chemistry to hold an educated opinion on it. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if there was some truth to this, however, I think the excess of estrogen in the womb might just serve to make people softer and more feminine in general, rather than outright homosexual (at least in most cases).

Also, I'm not sure why the OP is being roundly mocked. He made a serious, earnest post putting forward an interesting argument for consideration. This is not a troll thread and it doesn't deserve to be treated as such.

I have to agree with you on that a little. Even if he is trolling it is a very interesting subject.

My wife has never taken birth control, something thought of as a little unusual in China. That was another small reason why I settled on her as well. I have had to fight off doctors and my family members that try to convince her that she needs that. Not only is she no interested, but I cut them all off from bringing it up. They wanted to put her on it right after she gave birth. I told them hell no. Why would someone breast feeding a baby want that?

Pull out works just fine for us. No problems and baby still has yet to get even a cold and is now 7 months. The doctors office people were surprised yesterday that ours has never been sick before.

That soy milk stuff I suspected long ago should be taken off the market. I cannot understand why they sell that. No male baby boys should ever drink that.

Just goes to show you, how the healthcare system here just wants your money. these people don't want you to be healthy. That's bad for business. They definitely don't want you to be straight either. More money for the legal industrial complex via divorces.

Still waiting for pictures of straight men and women who DON'T have that supposedly 'chemical look'.

Since we don't seem to get those pictures or any indication that they may come there is just one gif to choose

:troll:

The picture was joke bro, Nikolai Valuev is widely known for his caveman aesthetics and what's more "non chemical" than cavemen?

They're all good points Kai, but not what he's saying.

It's a big leap from suspicions about the healthiness of pills/soy etc to "nearly everyone is gay because of them".

The purple man was referring to the OP and not you.

While I'm not a scientist, I don't think this is a linear process...in my understanding, the body will up-regulate E if you have high T and vice-versa...similar to how bodybuilders doing cycles add anti-aromatase to prevent T conversion into E.

Could that mean excess E for girls brings their levels too high, causing (comparatively) elevated T levels as well?

You know there's been alot of debate about the effect of soy on grown males.

I personally don't know what to believe.

Solution: just don't eat it.

My point was not to endorse every claim the guy was making, I was just saying that it was an interesting theory worthy of discussion. If birth control pills are having even slight effects on fetal development that persist into adulthood, then the cumulative impact on society would be enormous. And frankly, given everything we know now about how powerful hormones are, and how hormonal disrupters like soy and BPA can upset hormonal balance even in adults, it seems worth investigating the possibility that fetuses could be impacted by residual estrogen from their mother's birth control pills.

Actually, test-> estrogen is a one way street. The body has no natural way of converting estrogen back to testosterone.

Personally I'd be more worried about the possible links between birth control and falling fertility rates, rather than having girl babies pooping out with flattop haircuts and wearing camo shorts.

By this logic wouldn't pretty everyone be gay now?

Totally. BTW you're lookin' kinda cute, Brokeback

Selena Gomez is one of the few celeb I was on the fence about. Her mom could have used the pills, or Selena may be a Birth Control Granddaughter.

For instance, Justin Bieber's grandmother used Birth Control Pills, his mother has the Chemical Look in her face and eyes.

DES actually has side effects in the children of the DES children (third generation).

Mmmmm Selena Gomez 8.8/10 would definitely bang. machine, would you bang Selena?

That is actually Vanessa Hudgens.

Nah, 2/10 WNB due to chemical look.

I believe it; being Southeast Asian myself in real life, I personally notice that by western standards, SEAsian men get dismissed for looking "feminine", especially when we do have soy as part of our diets.
