The good news is that laboratory mRNA is unstable at warm temperatures so normal cooking should inactivate any that winds up in the food supply, but I wonder if you could still be ingesting genetic junk that your immune system has to respond to.

Also keep in mind that "organic" farms inject their animals with many vaccines. I don't think it's possible to eat clean beyond a few products.
