I smell the symptoms of a girl growing up believing she was going to be famous and was more special than all of her peers (likely due to parenting). She found an opportunity to get herself on tv but in her own mind, she's been famous since day one and she's infinitely more important in her own mind than she is in reality.

Kanye West comes to mind, similar mental arc in my mind with similar delusions of grandeur. This is most likely going to be a very common thing in our society as more people with that mentality are rewarded. I usually find it is an extension of parents who felt THEY were special but their window came and went so they use the projections of their narcissism to live vicariously through their children.

I honestly believe that telling your children they are "special" or "destined" or that they can "do anything they want" in life should be considered a form of child abuse - not legally, but from a social stigma standpoint. Tantamount to superlibs convincing their children they are "gay" when they are far too young to have developed sexual preferences.
