Why are all the presenters being interviewed women, as well as the interviewers? Not a single man in sight.
I wonder how many of these women actually contributed to anything at all related to the mission?

Ahhh f*ck it I'll just enjoy this historic achievement by humankind.

NASA made a very bold claim today.
NASA kicked off a new era of Mars exploration Thursday with the successful landing of Perseverance, a car-size robotic explorer that will search for traces of ancient life on the planet and collect what could be the first rocky samples from Mars that are sent back to Earth.

The rover touched down at around 3:55 p.m. ET, after executing a daring and dramatic landing that had been nicknamed the "seven minutes of terror." Perseverance is now NASA's fifth rover to land on Mars and is set to begin a two-year mission to roam its surface and search for signs of ancient microbial life.

It is also the latest of three new missions that arrived at the red planet in February. Earlier this month, two other spacecraft launched by the United Arab Emirates and China reached Mars and moved into orbit around the planet.

It's very nice that a country descending to third-world status can "land" on mars.

It's a matter of where the money is going to. The peasants don't need a proper budget for a good power grid but Boston Dynamics gets whatever they can gobble up. Anyway, NASA is part of the Beast and should not be trusted. I'm betting that in a few months they will find proof of some alien life which will fit nicely with the alien propaganda we're seeing already.

NASA is a grift. But this is better than the Obama era "let's use NASA to highlight Muslim contributions to Science" message...

Let's repeat the Moon Landing (if it ever happened that is)...

Meanwhile in Houston and the rest of Texas we are experiencing rolling power outages and water outages while our Green Fantasy turbines and solar fail.
