Need life advice - very bad situation

Learning a song on the guitar or how to play a chord will give you a buzz. </p><p></p><p>Porn is a huge struggle if you aren't giving yourself any wholesome serotonin hits. If you're depressed and you don't do anything healthy and goal oriented you'll keep going back to porn sites to give yourself that hit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
