Or how it's a disgrace that English isn't acceptable second language already in China?

I refuse to speak English with service staff in China if they attempt to speak English with me. I tell them I'm from France and that I don't understand a word of English.

I think it's rather offensive that they assume my language based on the color of my skin.

How dare they assume your gender, race and language, those transphobic racists!

Your are a proud independent trans-black-trans-African woman speaking only Zulu. Don't let anyone snuff out your sparkle girl!

Thanks for your encouraging words. I've printed them out and taped them to my fridge door.

I was in a restaurant that I was a regular at in China and a female waitress refused to take my order because I was "a foreigner." She explained this to her male coworker within ear range of me and sent him over to serve me instead.

I didn't throw a tantrum. I just never went back.

It must have hult your feerings though, sulery.

Sargon is right. That guy did nothing wrong. He was only a dick as he wanted to go buy a sandwich and everyone was only talking in Spanish.

Meanwhile the media has gone into full lynching campaign:

+ his office space was cancelled
+ politicians are calling for his disbarment
+ someone is harassing him with a Mariachi band
+ they are camping in front of his apartment

This is pure mob justice - the South American shitheads should go and try to lynch him publicly or stone him and smash his head like in some sharia or Ayuhasca shithole.

And what the fuck was wrong with what he said? English being the national language and everyone should expect it be spoken there publicly?

And if being a dick is a criminal offense, then cutting in line at the supermarket will result in mass public executions.

This is one of the dangerous precedents of anti-White anti-Western globalist hatred that is fostered by the entire system. And people cannot even differentiate right from wrong anymore - being rude while still lawful is not a crime. It's the Newspeak hate speech crap that will be used next time you fail to call a transgender their fake make-up pronouns.

I think you accidently posted the wrong image. Pretty sure that this is a photo of NY's annual obesity awareness gathering.

What ever happened to the good old days when gay lawyers were content with moving to San Francisco, finding a fixer upper Victorian, and making the neighborhood fabulous?

Theyve been priced out and displaced by the nerdy autists

I think the real story here is how fucking stupid it is that we don't make kids learn at least spanish in elementary school when it's easiest to learn another language, and how pathetic it is that most people here can't speak any other language besides English at even a preschool level while much of the rest of the world is fluent in two and three languages.

To me the humorous part about all of this is that in NYC, immigrants (often speaking foreign languages with each other and English to customers) have been prevalent in the shops of Manhattan probably since the Dutch started settling the world famous island formerly known as New Amsterdam. The angry patron, of Jewish descent, could've been a victim of discrimination many decades ago. So I do find that oddly ironic & humorous here.

Now if the customer service folks did not know English or how to communicate with the customer in English, then there could be a valid complaint here.

If I were the guy, I'd strongly consider re-locating out of NYC and starting fresh somewhere else.

No surprise - he is trying to save his life from the lynch mob and Orwellian thought police.

Guess this all came as big news to him - he should be smarter as a lawyer.

I guess he never heard of the great American adage:

"Si naciste incendiario, no te mueras bombero"

Oh of course "I did all those things I'm really sorry but that wasn't me. I mean it wasn't the real me. I'm really not like that".

Sounds like how a woman would half-apologize and blame shift onto an alter ego because the her emotions just made her do it. Fuck that guy what a spineless piece of shit.

He has a right to his opinion. I do not like, however, how this media is coming after him like they're judge, jury, and executioner. If they were any less moral, assuming no criminal hispanic gets their hands on him first, he'd be dead right now.

This is scary. The public with the media backing them is taking matters into their own hands and dealing out their own justice. These vigilantes are going to start going after anyone who says a bad or offending word to them.

Yeah, wrong word to use. It has been happening for a long time. I just don't like it when it's celebrated on my front page by friends and family. Their hearts are in the right place, but they don't understand the problem with the actions they're taking.

Shaming of wrong-thinkers comes right before putting them in gulags and executing them.
