Majority of my normie friends and acquaintances seem convinced that Ukraine are like the Ewoks in the RotJ and things are actually going really badly for Russia. They seem quite confident at the ineptitude of Russia and ghoulish about how many of them are being killed.

There's zero need to educate them. Unlike the vax mandates, the war in Ukraine won't affect Americans directly for a few more years. However, at some point people will need to be pointed out what fools they are if they think in year 2 or 3 that Ukraine is still somehow winning despite needing trillions in cash and more countries to send in troops.
Had an almost identical conversation last night with an old friend. Same response.
It makes me worry about the emotional backlash in the event things become undeniable in a rapid fashion. These are the guys that will be more prone to over-reaction, as they will be so surprised.
Best thing to do with normies is make a bet with them. Bet them Ukraine will have less territory, need more money, and Russia will be stronger a year from now. All we can do is plant the seed of doubt, which alters their expectations regarding the outcome of the war. Propaganda loses power if people's expectations are not met.

This is really sad actually. Imagine being a Russian who is trying to fight a war and having to basically kill a woman, a beautiful one at that. I hope the photo are just propaganda and media spin, but it's absolutely disgusting. Or being a Ukranian man trying to fight side by side with this woman and protect her, or see her get shot.
It reminds me how when growing up I'd hear these stories about how children were fighting for the Germans at the end of WW2, it's a sad situation and it means you lost. The same for women fighting in the war.
Women and Children are civilian casualties, which prior to WW1 and particularly WW2 (bombings) were relatively safe. The whole point of fighting a war is to secure their future.
Not much of a comment on the ukranian war, but the state of the world is quite strange with all the feminism.

This is not for women in general, it's for "professionals", those with a bachelor working in glass towers. (not for housewives in the countryside) For Jews they are perfect, moldable, I encourage you all to take a look at the programs of these organisations, it's full of current thing, they all support the Ukraine. The women networks only operate in the Israel/US lead empire, i missed the chapters in China, India, Bangladesh, Iran.
These girls and women are also our daughters and wives. And they are driven to this by strong forces, but it's also up to us to provide them a home. I don't know how. But splitting it out "highly educated, city women" makes it clear where the problem is. In a way they are a victim of the devil as well, seduced, but slowly hollowed out. Men's organisations have been hammered for years, motor clubs, fraternities. If you put 100 guys together and they start talking. They will come to the conclusion, who is this little fag telling us what we should do?
Just want to say it is very systemic, engineered by the elite, they tried to get the blacks on board a few years ago but that didn't really work out, too wild and outspoken so they threw them under the bus, so they will focus on more on professional city women (who are black). If you are a black woman with a bachelor in the city you can make some good money today, you only have to do abortions and speak the globalist talking points.
As it is forbidden to be critical on jews, it is also forbidden to be critical on these women networks, or to be critical on blacks/immigration, opposing this as a man will cost you your career in a big corporation, so many comply.

- In my close surroundings 75% don't care one bit on politics, they are with the family, work, dinner, out in the weekend, they say: "i saw something of women who got bombed in a hospital, that's bad" then I explain some things on propaganda and they move to "whatever and those politicians are crooks" (which they already thought) and they just keep doing the stuff they did (which they should)

Well, it depends on what we are talking about. In terms of cost of living, the war against Russia is already impacting everyone, worldwide, but in terms of shortages and the draft - which will be coming after the Ukrainians are all dead - America will not be affected nearly as quickly. America will have plenty of food and the draft won't come here until Europe is out of men. So, that's how I arrived at my estimate of a few years, because the things that directly affect Americans will be shortages and drafts.
Europe will be getting it's first taste of shortages this winter, which will last for the rest of the decade, or however long the war against Russia lasts.
But captndonk, think of that one building the Ukrainians hit with a missile in Crimea!
