First CNN. And how many times this past years have we learned how fake news with anonymous US officials as sources is totally worthless? US intelligence doesn't have any good sources in North Korea. I mean I don't think SOUTH KOREA has any good sources in the inner NK government much less the United States.
Also when NBC confirms and adds to the scoop that just means they're talking to the same US official. It doesn't mean they have their own separate source that separately confirmed it.
"South Korea’s presidential office says no suspicious activities have been detected in North Korea, a statement made Tuesday after reports surfaced that Kim Jong Un was in fragile condition after recent heart surgery.
The presidential Blue House said it couldn’t confirm Kim’s current health. CNN had cited an anonymous U.S. official who said Kim was in “grave danger” after an unspecified surgery. Later, another US official told the same network that the concerns about Kim’s health are credible but the severity is hard to assess."

Seriously CNN is garbage, reporting on something like this has severe effects on things like the stock market and stability.
