There is only one all-female military unit that would serve a great purpose:
The R & R Pleasure Unit. Pay them 10-20k/month and let them serve the pussy-starved men. I am sure that you can hire some nympho-girls with super-high libido who would even enjoy serving young men. You could even have different Pleasure Squads - for the Navy, for the Rangers, for the Navy Seals etc.
That would actually increase morale and improve the combat force of a country.

My two cents about the Norwegian military and women in combat roles/SOF forces.
Norway's army actually isn't half bad. They have good equipment and a lot of their troops are some of the few masculine men left in that country. Them trying to put together a SOF unit of females is an attempt to virtue signal on the one hand and trying to use their more capable and accomplished females in some meaningful way on the other. Not to mention that Norwegian SOF guys now get to hang out with hot, fit, younger girls. It gets them access to more pussy so they're ok with it.
Could this unit be useful for something? Yeah, if it's for very specific tasks like intelligence work or dealing with female civilians/refugees in war zones. Not for front line combat or commando raids. That straight up isn't happening unless they've gone 100% retarded in Oslo. In this neutral, safe training environment, we see worse or at least equitable performance to a subrate group of male conscripts. As I said in my earlier post, the amount of attention, resources, and protection afforded to these all female units (or even high profile mixed units), is far greater than any marginal benefit they get from being able to "engage" with a Burqa covered lady who doesn't know what sunshine looks like.
So with that in mind, why all the fancy training? If we know ahead of time they'll basically be doing community engagements, why not be trained up in languages, intelligence, and negotiations? Do we really think they'll be sent in to do a hard raid on a cave complex? Dropped in behind the lines in Eastern Ukraine?

Someone may have touched on the effects on their male peers if this happens. I'll expand on that since I have seen this in the Navy at some level.
Back in the day (generally pre-2000), women were not typically assigned to combat ships (e.g. carriers, destroyers, amphibious assault etc.). So they ALL pretty much ended up on non-combat "support" ships. I was stationed on such a ship which was 50%+ women. With that many women, there are bound to be some fairly decent (7 max) ones but not much higher and the amount of cute ones is <10%.
So... let me tell you, these chicks were SLUTS. There were many women that slept with multiple guys. If you wanted to get your dick inside them, you could pretty easily. If you weren't a disgusting slob, it was a go. A lot of them did it to get pregnant so they could avoid deployments. The pregnancy thing happened so often that it wasn't funny. I still remember a girl I liked on the ship and she liked me. However, since I was a betamax, she ended up getting fucked by one of the dirtiest dudes on the boat and also became pregnant by him. I was sad at the time and wish now I had RVF in the ocean to dry up my tears
