It is based on globalist financed feminism, globalist funded politicians and globalist funded media and academia. It took them decades of indoctrination to reach that level. And it's ultimately something that will fail anyway as you have correctly put it - when shit hits the fan, then women will run back to the kitchen and take care of their children screaming that men need to deal with it. They can larp in their uniforms for now and get the male attention while shouting girl-power-slogans. And without the globalist constant funding they would not even do that.
