This thread will be a log of my Self-Discipline, Fitness, NoFap, and Mental Exercise beginning on September 15th, 2019.
Current Stats: 6 foot, 170 lbs, bodyfat % around 15-20.

Overall Goals: To stay lean but gain as much mass as possible, become a jacked mofo. To be as high testosterone as possible. To accomplish goals with ruthless intensity and to become the ultimate version of myself.


Goals To Be Met Daily

  • Victor Pride's "Body Of A Spartan" workout routine, 4x weekly workouts min.
  • No Fap, No Porn, No P.M.O. (Getting bangs doesn't count.)
  • Code JavaScript 1-2 Hours Daily
  • Study Japanese 1-2 Hours Daily
  • Continue Sobriety, No Smoking/Vaping, No Binge Drinking
  • Avoid Sugar/Carbohydrates, follow Keto Diet of mainly animal protein and organic vegetables.

Every day there will be a check-in as to the daily outcome and accountability.

At the end of the journey, when I find it satisfactory, I will post a before and after transformation photo.

How old are you?

Can you contrast your goals to previous behavior? How often did you previously watch porn, bang, fap, eat ice cream, study languages, etc.?

Age 20-23 for privacy reasons... Previous... no I wasn't a complete slob or incel. I have no problem with getting bangs and the goal of this thread isn't to attract women whatsoever. If you want women, focus on Game.
Really, it's an experiment to really see if dedicated Weightlifting, NoFap and consistent study can increase willpower and to document the "superpowers" that many claim to get from NoFap.

I would say watched porn 3-4x a week, far too often. I would say I had a moderate to bad addiction.
Study languages and coding, I just started doing this month. Diet and Fitness are already pretty good, I have a lean swimmers physique but I am trying to get back into Bodybuilding, reach around 190 lbs lean would look very good at the beach.

I am doing a different albeit more effective method to mastery. I have a job opportunity next year in Tokyo, that requires zero Japanese. Still want to game and be self sufficient.

I Don't recommend Isolated Kanji study, unlike some of the advice I have read on this forum.

The guide I gave you is the 100% FASTEST WAY. Which is still like 4 years to fluency. You'll be able to understand things well much before that though.

Memorize Hiragana. It took me about a month. Memorize Katakana. Another 2-3 weeks. Once you have these memorized good, occasionally go back to them for memorization so you won't lose them.

There's 46 Hiragana ( ひらがな ), 46 Katakana ( カタカナ ), and you need about 3000 Kanji ( 漢字 ) for daily conversations.

That site has everything you need to self teach yourself for 1-2 hours daily... No instructors required. 100% Free

Forgive me, this is a worthy program and I wish you well with it, but starting the documentation of a Spartan Workout with a REST day made me smile! I realize you have likely been working out already but can you see the humor in it?
