This thread will be a log of my Self-Discipline, Fitness, NoFap, and Mental Exercise beginning on September 15th, 2019.
Current Stats: 6 foot, 170 lbs, bodyfat % around 15-20.
Overall Goals: To stay lean but gain as much mass as possible, become a jacked mofo. To be as high testosterone as possible. To accomplish goals with ruthless intensity and to become the ultimate version of myself.
Goals To Be Met Daily
Every day there will be a check-in as to the daily outcome and accountability.
At the end of the journey, when I find it satisfactory, I will post a before and after transformation photo.

- Victor Pride's "Body Of A Spartan" workout routine, 4x weekly workouts min.
- No Fap, No Porn, No P.M.O. (Getting bangs doesn't count.)
- Code JavaScript 1-2 Hours Daily
- Study Japanese 1-2 Hours Daily
- Continue Sobriety, No Smoking/Vaping, No Binge Drinking
- Avoid Sugar/Carbohydrates, follow Keto Diet of mainly animal protein and organic vegetables.
