Quick summary from the last ten minutes.

NeverTrump and Cruz people needed signatures from at least eight states to propose a Rules Vote that would allow them to advance their interests. They had signatures from eleven.

However, pro-Trump people (unnamed, probably Manafort) asked signees to recant their signatures, which reduced the number of states to seven. With only seven states, the chair declared that there's insufficient interest to have a Rules Vote.

Traitor cucks were led by Mike Lee, Utah senator, and some dude from Virginia who threw his credentials down and walked out: former Attorney General from Virginia.
