Canadian Fashion Exec Peter Nygard Accused of Raping Young Girls in Lawsuit

Ten women filed a class-action lawsuit against Canadian fashion executive Peter Nygard, claiming he drugged and raped girls as young as 15 years old over the course of decades. According to The Globe and Mail, Nygard—the 77-year-old owner of the eponymous women's clothing chain—is accused of luring women into his Bahamas compound and other homes under the pretense of modeling contract interviews or fashion industry events, known as “pamper parties.” Once the women were on his property, Nygard would allegedly use “alcohol, drugs, force, fraud” and other coercive forms to have the women do sex acts—which included sodomy and women defecating or urinating on him, according to the lawsuit. If women resisted his advances, he would allegedly have the bartenders spike their drinks with Rohypnol, or the “date-rape drug.” Many of the women claimed they were subsequently offered money. One woman—who was 15-years-old at the time—said she was drugged and then raped anally and vaginally. The suit alleges that Nygard offered her $5,000 before raping her, then $10,000 to defecate in his mouth. The women, now between the ages of 18 and 36, consist of nine Bahamians and one American.

The lawsuit claims that Nygard moving the women to one of his various homes in the U.S. and the Bahamas, often via private jet, violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. It also alleges that Nygard bribed Bahamian politicians and police to cover up his actions. Nygard's lawyer said the accusations were “completely false,” and described them as part of a decade-long fight between Nygard and his neighbor in the Bahamas—hedge fund billionaire Louis Bacon. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and asks for damages to be determined in court.

Three of the women were 14 years old at the time of the alleged rapes. Three others were 15.
The alleged rapes took place between 2008 and 2015.

Plenty of other news outlets are reporting this with more details.

How depraved do you have to be before this happens?

Wasn't one of Crowley's tenets that you have to find sexual pleasure in things that disgust you? I wonder if events like these parties are part of some black magic cult.

^Complete degenerates for whom even consensual sex with willing adult 9s and 10s isn't enough anymore. Plus, the wealth gives them the means to do and get away with this.

Salvation through sin, he's just practicing what they preach. By they I mean the special hidden faggots who have their young kids sodomized repeatedly to open up their third eye.

This world is ravenous for the blood of the devil. The more degenerate acts that happen, the more nature is violated, the more this harmonic imbalance can be felt. I know I'm not the only one here who has felt it. There is a call from beyond to reinstate divine justice on these monsters.

I can't think of anything more natural and beautiful than a man lying down with his mouth wide open in anticipation, while his lover sensuously positions her anus over his face to tenderly deposit a warm pile of faeces inside his gleefully awaiting mouth.

Damn, I should write romance novels.

I wouldn't be surprised in a few years if the weekly news articles about the "Surprising benefits of open marriage" have progressed to "Surprising benefits of letting your wife poo in your mouth."

Quoting: "the accusers, between the ages of 18 and 36, consist of nine Bahamians and one American"

I don't know if this (probably horny, granted) billionaire is guilty or not, but I have little doubt that a gang of, say, 9 Bahamian strippers could team up, to cook up some false accusation against any rich dumb Euro dude living on the island.

By the way, I'm confused. I recently (say, by accident) watched the last movie of (by now trans-looking, hideous) Jennifer Lopez - the film where she plays a "strong independent" pole-dancer leading a cool gang of chicks who drug men, strip them and rob them. A movie inspired by true events:

see https://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-74602-post-2050791.html#pid2050791

and in this celebrated "feminist" movie, as in the Court of Justice that almost absolved them, it was said that it's perfectly cool and funny to drug and strip innocent men. :s

So, why would the Crooked media suddenly disapprove of such behaviour, that made them laugh a few weeks ago in the theaters?

In any case, even though this billionaire dude might I suspect have fallen prey to a scam by industrious and frivolous Bahamian ladies, still I don't really feel sympathy for him. By living (and living carelessly) in the Bahamas, he was asking for such a thing to happen to him. Of course the locals would seize their opportunity, at some point, and team up against the uber-rich "colonialist".

Edit, quote: "the women were on his property, Nygard would allegedly use “alcohol, drugs, force, fraud" ".

Fraud? What does it mean, in such a case? Get sex with slutty women (all of whom came willingly to his party island) by "fraud"? "Hey honey, suck me and I'll make you a movie star" - is that fraud, legally?

I remember hearing about him years ago with similar stories. Can't recall if it was sexual assault but in the Bahamas, those rich cats are kings. They live off of tourism for the most part and if the rich can't have their hedonistic fantasies, they will move elsewhere. I can't see this going anywhere. Maybe the girls are trying to pull a fast one. Maybe he is abusive. Maybe there is a little bit of both. Let the facts come out.

The article has the entire 247 page complaint as well.

More women have come forward to join the lawsuit against former Winnipeg fashion mogul Peter Nygard.

There are now 46 women listed on the complaint against Nygard according to an amended class action lawsuit – which accuses him of rape, sexual assault and human trafficking.

Four women claim they were either raped or sexually assaulted in Winnipeg. At least two of the women are from Winnipeg.

A woman listed as Jane Doe No. 15 says she was flown to the Nygard Companies’ Winnipeg property under the guise of a modeling job where she was “held captive against her will for three days and raped repeatedly by Nygard.”

Jane Doe No. 27 says she met Nygard at the Nygard Companies’ Winnipeg office seeking a modelling sponsorship. She says during her meeting, Nygard complemented her and then groped her breasts.

Jane Doe No. 37 says her father sold Nygard furs through his business so she knew Nygard and frequently saw him at the store. She says that when she was 15, Nygard raped her in the bathroom at a Winnipeg restaurant.

Jane Doe No. 44 was 14 and in the child welfare system when she says Nygard picked her up on the street in Winnipeg and paid her for oral sex. She claims this happened on multiple occasions.

Twelve of the victims were under 18 when the alleged crimes happened.

The original civil class action lawsuit was filed in a New York court in February with 10 women listed in the complaint at the time.

None of the allegations against Nygard have been proven in court. He has denied the allegations.

Nygard stepped down from his company after his Times Square headquarters were raided by the FBI and New York City police.

The lawsuit names Nygard himself, who is the founder and chair of Nygard International Partnership and Nygard Holding Ltd. All three are named in the lawsuit as defendants, with the suit stating his companies were knowing participants in Nygard’s “decades-long sex trafficking scheme.”

Nygard’s lawyer Jay Prober says all of the allegations are false.

“They’re just as false as the first 10 allegations. I’ve described the amended class action, including some 30 new complainants as a work of fiction. That’s exactly what it is. It makes a farce of the whole matter,” he said.

“What’s happened in my view is the US lawyers through advertising have gone out and beaten the bushes for more complainants. Lo and behold what you have is a number of other women jumping on what they think is a money train or gravy train and hope to cash in at the end of the day.”

Prober says the fact all the stories are similar lead him to believe they’re not a representation of a patter of behavior, rather rehearsed.

“These are not credible allegations and the fact they are so similar detracts credibility,” he said.

“Think about it. Not one of these almost 50 women ever complained to anybody in authority — not one. Does that not strike you as rather strange? It certainly does me having practiced as long as I have.”

Prober named hedge fund billionaire Louis Bacon as being behind the lawsuit and said the pair have been feuding for a decade both in the Bahamas and in New York City.

Bacon has not responded to repeated requests for comment.

Seems like this guy was a disciple of the schools of Jeffrey Epstein & Harvey Weinstein (and all other depraved individuals that roam the planet). And in what universe does someone enjoy a girl taking a dump in his mouth? Sick, disgusting, filthy man from the sounds of it.

He is probably both guilty of these crimes, AND targeted or not protected because he's not part of the tribe, kind of like Bill Cosby.

Fashion mogul Peter Nygard arrested in Canada amid sexual assault allegations

Manhattan fashion designer Peter Nygard has been arrested in Canada for sexually assaulting dozens of teenage girls and women, prosecutors said Tuesday.

The 79-year-old Finnish-born mogul was indicted on nine counts of racketeering, sex trafficking and related charges involving a “decades-long pattern” across the globe of coercing women into sex acts, according to Manhattan federal prosecutors.

Some of his female victims claim they were forced to recruit other sexual partners for him — including girls as young as 14 years old — so he could have intercourse on a “near-daily basis,” according to court documents filed in Canada.

Nygard was nabbed in Winnipeg under the Extradition Act and appeared Tuesday afternoon in court, where he traded his usual flashy threads for a gray sweatshirt and prison pants, according to Candian outlet CTV News.

The former fashion exec is accused of using his international brand to recruit and pay for sex with his victims, who were put on his payroll as “models,” “assistants” or communication specialists, prosecutors said.

These payments often covered their plastic surgery, immigration assistance, abortions, dental work and other living expenses, authorities said.

He allegedly referred to some of them as “girlfriends,” requiring them to travel and stay with him at his palatial properties in California, the Bahamas and Canada.

Prosecutors allege that Nygard would host so-called “Pamper Parties,” named for their free food, drinks and spa treatments, at his Marina del Rey, Calif., and Bahamas estates to recruit more girls and young women into his orbit.

Employees would allegedly take photos of the female guests and later show them to Nygard. If he approved of them, they went into a Rolodex of names that would be drawn from to attend future dinners, poker games and parties, prosecutors said.

He allegedly would use a “girlfriend” or employee at the parties to scout out a chosen victim — who would then be forced into sexual activity and paid in cash, which could range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

If they were unwilling, the chosen guests — who were sometimes minors — were drugged in order to get them to perform his sexual demands, prosecutors said.

Others were allegedly lured to a secluded area of the property where they were physically coerced or manipulated into participating.

Nygard also is accused of hosting sexual “swaps” with other friends and business associates, who would bring a “date” to trade for sex with one of his “girlfriends.”

“‘Girlfriends’ were not consulted in advance that they would be traded for sex and Nygard often pressured them to comply with swaps at his direction through manipulation, intimidation, degradation and threats,” prosecutors said.

He also brought them for the same purpose to “swingers’ clubs” in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles and Winnipeg — where he would pressure the women into having sex with other men so he could sleep with someone else there, prosecutors said.

Nygard kept his “girlfriends” under constant surveillance, insisting they needed his permission to leave the properties — a rule enforced by his company’s employees, prosecutors said.

He also allegedly used false promises of modeling opportunities, financial support and threats to coerce the women into sexual encounters.

His lawyer, Jay Prober, on Tuesday was denied a publication ban on the evidence presented in court — which he requested despite acknowledging it was “somewhat moot” due to the media attention surrounding his client.

“To say that it’s already received some publicity is an understatement,” Prober said, adding that it does not mean that it “should receive any more.”

The ban would have only applied to Canadian media, allowing international outlets to still run the information.

Federal authorities raided Nygard’s Manhattan headquarters earlier this year — less than two weeks after a lawsuit accused him of luring young women to his Bahamas estate with cash and modeling opportunities.

Fifty-seven women have joined the class-action suit — and several of them claim they were 14 or 15 years old when the mogul raped them.

In August, two of his sons sued him for hiring his girlfriend, a “known sex worker,” to rape them as teens — allegedly telling one of them he wanted the woman to “make a man” out of them.

The sons said they came forward to lend weight to Nygard’s accusers.

“It’s about backing up the other people who are being called liars,” the older son — who was not identified — said in an interview with CBC News.

Nygard has previously denied the allegations of the women and his sons.

His lawyer, Elkan Abramowitz, declined comment.

His rep didn’t respond to request for comment Tuesday.

Nygard stepped from the fashion brand he founded earlier this year, saying he was prioritizing the welfare of his employees, business partners and vendors.

He founded Nygard International as a sportswear manufacturer in 1967 — and now it has more than 170 stores in North America, according to its site.
