Could there ever be a comparable movement for Asians - like Chinese people or Koreans? Say even if a cop kills a Chinese guy on spurious grounds? I doubt it.

I think part of it is that if you go into any ghetto or slum in the US that black people are going to be vastly over-represented there. And regardless of whatever the current situation in this country may be, I think it's pretty undeniable that historically blacks in the US did suffer a lot of discrimination. In terms of the East Asian immigrants, the ones fresh off the boat may be poor, but generally after a generation they've been able to achieve some sort of quality of life on par with your average white American.

So when you have a group people largely on the bottom rung of society who have been historically discriminated against, it's easy to see how someone would come to the conclusion that they two are directly related. If it's someone from a vast majority white state who has little to no experience with black culture, it's even easier to see why someone would think so. Now, I'm more inclined to agree with what seems to be the majority opinion at RVF that the reason blacks are so over-represented at the bottom is more due to the welfare state and destruction of the black family than from systemic racism. I won't say that racism has literally nothing to do with it, but I think it's a relatively minor factor.

Where I work they recently had a thing a couple weeks ago they had a thing planned by the administration where a high-ranking person (white man, of course) got on the loudspeaker and asked everyone to stand or kneel for 8 minutes 46 seconds to protest racism against black people. All I could think about was how spineless this guys was for capitulating and doing this (and I don't think there was anybody with a pitchfork at his door forcing his hand). My workplace is very diverse (actually diverse, not as in there's some black people working there), so I don't think there's any one predominant religion among the staff. It's almost like by having this thing and asking everyone to kneel in unison it's like the new secular religion everyone is supposed to follow. The old definition of piety is out the window, but it can't just be discarded without something taking its place. So this is what we're given.

Correct this new religion is socialism and BLM is just one of many created entities that the masses will be expected to bow down to, just like the "iron girls" in China that were portrayed as stronger and more hardworking during the revolution. How ironic that at the same time of the cultural revolution in China there was a push to empower women to do men's jobs,.hmm, where have I seen that before?

I was talking this over with a friend the other day. We were wondering why something like Black Lives Matter is so fashionable, and why this movement attracts so many women, especially young, white women. That was all I saw at the BLM protest I went to; young girls, and on social media it's mostly the females I know who are promoting this movement.

There is something very attractive about the plight of the black person, particularly the black male. I think it's a very sexual / exotic thing at its root. Also, consider how much criminality and thuggery is at the heart of the black inner-city community, all the violence and misogyny (just listen to some rap), yet there is so much leeway given by the same people who in their next breath are screaming about toxic masculinity.

It's really bizarre and should be studied.

It's strange because a lot of late millenial/early Gen Z women are anti-feminism and you would assume they'd also oppose other leftist beliefs, but they're highly supportive of BLM and they basically "pedestalize" them, mainly because they're actually low key racists, but that's another discussion. A few years ago I was with a 19 year girl coming back from the grocery store and she saw a young fit black man walking along the road (note it was a very white area) and said "aw he looks so sad" - it was the only time I saw her ever saw her display any real emotion for anyone. It was very telling - it can't be pity alone though, can it? Who knows.

It seems to be mainly in the USA because you guys had slavery and segregation, whereas for example in my country of Finland there were no slaves at any point in our history, to my knowledge at least. Yet this idea has spread over here as well, largely due to the American media and entertainment industry, and now social media.

As dumb as the concept of white privilege is in the US, yes, in a place like Finland it's about 1000x stupider. The mere idea that Finns would feel bad about their white privilege is possibly the clowniest thing I've heard in clown world in a long time, and that's saying a lot.

White guilt is spreading here too. I tuned on the TV last week, I rarely watch it, and happened to see a session in our parliament where a black woman was talking about how the government needs to do more about racism in Finnish society. The parliamentarians responded POZitively and agreed with her.

That's really, really sad. Imagine a Finn or a white American moving to an African country and bitching about how racist they are.

White women? I can only say what I see. I live in an apartment complex, six years now. The first four and a half years the office personnel consisted of Hispanic women. The apartments were pretty evenly diversified and clean. Neighbors though not overly friendly all got along without issues, quiet, respectful and so on. As of the past year and a half new owners/management has taken over. Now the office personnel consists of exclusively young white women. Oh, they came in and did a bunch of stuff, carports, grills and picnic area, dog park, blah, blah, blah. However, they are absolutely horrible with the people they are moving in. Almost or should I say not almost but definitely all black. Now there is trash everywhere, the dumpsters are surrounded with trash, since of course if you can walk it out there you should not be expected to actually put it in the dumpster. Very loud, cars screeching, loud booming music, loud voices in the parking lots. Crowds of these creatures everywhere. Crime has picked up, the police are out here all the time. Funny, this is a gated community but the gates are never closed now. I do not let my wife go outside alone.

The park up the street has gone down as well. It is a nice park and I have been going there for several years. The demographic has always been a mix of Hispanic, White and Asian. The Hispanics keep to the picnic and grilling areas, family stuff you know. The Whites and Asians frequent the trails. It has always been safe and clean and everyone was friendly. Now in the past year or so it has changed. The Hispanics are not to be seen at all now. The Whites and Asians still come but there has been a marked increase in Blacks. As a result trash has increased, people rarely speak or even look at you now. Just this morning as I went for my walk I saw that all the paved areas have been marked up with chalk proclaiming BLM, RIP George Floyd, RIP Rayshard Brooks and so on. There has been an increase in attacks on women in the parks in this city and it is no secret why but people will continue to deny.

A few years ago I began to notice an odd amount of half-jews running these local BLM affiliated Soros backed groups. Here is one of my posts on it complete with pictures if you click through to orginal post:

I was looking into some of the BLM groups funded by Soros and I noticed something: the high number of half black/half Jew leadership. In fact, every time someone does something in the name of BLM and gets a lot of press, they are obviously biracial (Examples, the two women who stormed Bernie Sanders on stage, Kaepernick) and possibly half Jewish. Has Soros built an army of half black/half jew knowing full well that the US solely views biracials as black and won't notice the jewish half?

Here is an example. Dream Defenders is a BLM organization that sprung up in FL over Trayvon Martin. They rake in a lot of dough from Soros.

I have often thought that the average BLM protestor on the street probably believes s/he is marching for good. But the reality is, manipulation we've seen in the past.

I will continue to review these groups to see whether I am on to something here.

(PS I shouldn't have to say this, but given the race trolling I have seen lately I will point out that I am black.)

One other thing I wrote back in 2016, after discovering Deray whatever was a homosexual sleeping with the Twitter CEO. I knew I was right at the time but did not think it would come to pass in a mere 4 years:

I think the popularity is a function of hysteria and emotion...things we've seen before. That said, its always what's in the "fine print" that matters most. BLM is also very anti-family. I doubt that most people understand this. So, if I get this straight BLM is anti family, particularly not father friendly. Okay. But, it is the lack of fathers and functioning nuclear families that are causing not only all the rioting but all the gang related murders. If Black Lives do matter than Black families should matter too. But, they don't because, like always, the left is incapable of seeing the root of the problem and taking appropriate actions.
