A few years ago I was with a 19 year girl coming back from the grocery store and she saw a young fit black man walking along the road (note it was a very white area) and said "aw he looks so sad" - it was the only time I saw her ever saw her display any real emotion for anyone. It was very telling - it can't be pity alone though, can it? Who knows.</p></blockquote><p></p>
