Nulled's Predictions for 20s
Some future predictions, nothing amazingly new that most aren't aware of. Still something to keep in mind.
1. The Rise Of Automation and Artificial Intelligence
According to ((World Economic Forum)) numbers, 65% of children entering primary school right now will end up working jobs that won't exist. Yes, that means that automation is going to take a very heavy toll on the number of people that are able to eek out a living with basic jobs. Estimates say about 47% of American jobs overall are at risk of increasing automation. Jobs I could see being replaced very soon include warehouse jobs at Amazon and the like, Trucking, Fast Food, Bank Tellers, etc. Any job that involves a repeated task, while staying at one physical location is likely to be automated soon. Trucking especially, as the self-driving technology is already here (2019) so I expect them to try and implement it with this soon. I'd say by 2025 automated trucks driving on the interstate in America will be normal.
Tech jobs could also see some automation, and overall the situation is gonna be ugly later on, but I'll cover that in a later point. Basically, right now the corporations are trying to figure out the best way to cut as much expense as possible, pay people the smallest wage possible, and when they do hire, it's usually for show or diversity reasons. Where they won't be able to successfully pull this off?
Tradesmen. Welders, Pipefitters, Plumbers, Electricians, Linemen, all of these guys are hated by the big globocorps because they can't be replaced. They are a thorn in the side of globohomo, especially because tons of them are straight white men. So, while the automation apocalypse is gonna be bad for the plebes, masculine and determined men can still find work provided they are in the right place to do so.
2. Technology Bubble And Stagnation
I think another poster touched on this earlier in the thread. Basically right now, there is an insane amount of hiring going on in the tech world. Anyone who is somewhat proficient in Web Dev can land a job across the globe working for Fortune 500 companies, provided they are smart and have the right credentials like a degree. However, a ton of this hiring has to do with diversity and women's equality. The amount of hiring going on and the actual number of productive people who are truly tech capable are growing into a divide. Many of the women in fields like "cybersecurity" are being promoted to top positions like CTO, while the malware-analysis, pentesting and coding grunt work is given to the capable guys, who will bust ass even on weekends, and sacrifice their sex lives in order to get out a proper proof of concept. Basically, the people doing the hard work aren't getting rewarded the way they should be. Instead, it's the usual corporate ladder climbing and backstabbing.
This might seem somewhat contradictory to the earlier point, but simply put the automation is increasing because the technology has ALREADY been in existence for around a decade. It's just finally seeing implementation. I will say that REAL innovation is down by a fucking ton. Just look at the iPhone 11 Pro, which was released this week. It literally still has the same notch as the last one. There's no original ideas in tech anymore, everyone is just poaching and copying the same old shit. The real innovation will be made in VR and Augemented Reality sectors, and maybe Crypto... but this a niche part of tech. Most people are just concerned with InstaWhoring and checking their Gmail.
Towards the end of the 2020s we will finally start to see this lack of creativity take it's toll. The Tech ship, like the Titanic, will take a VERY long time to sink. It will start to start around late 2020s in my opinion. The world economy also should be slowing down considerably by this time, if not sooner. I for one, welcome this change. The governments are pushing immigration so hard right now because they need cheap labor and want an never ending economic bubble of expansion. This is the first real reality check of the 21st century. That infinite growth is impossible, my long nosed friends!
3. Worldwide Tourism Will Start To Decline
Right now in 2019, the main proponents and drive of the global tourism market is China. However with economic growth slowing down over there, coupled with trade war, we have already seen the Chinese tourism markets start to take a hit. I think what will finally be the nail in the coffin is when the Pilot shortage happens.
Basically in the next 10 years, Air Traffic is set to DOUBLE. This is a big problem because around a quarter to half of all the pilots worldwide are set to retire during this same time.
Right now, if you take a pilot cadet program and start flying, you will be virtually guaranteed some form of employment in the next 10 years. I don't see them fully automating flying anytime soon, and with the grave shortage of pilots you should be able to command a much higher salary. Granted, a lot of these pilots coming to take and fill the spots will be foreigners. Many of them Chinese. US Flying schools are currently full of young Chinese students, who in 10 years will be Captains and commanding good salaries.
The air traffic used for things like tourism and sightseeing will probably have to shrink. Simply put, there will be too many people, and not enough pilots to fly them. This means that governments and corporations will put more emphasis on using air traffic for crucial needs such as shipping and transport. Liberals and Environmentalists will insist that we stop flying so often and prices for air tickets will probably double in cost. Your average Joe will no longer be able to fly to and fro like it's nothing. Laws will be passed that make it only legal to travel during certain times of the year. This, coupled with the loss of many freedoms across the Western World brings me to my next point...
4. Restriction Of Speech, Movement, And Weapons
This is simply a continuation of the current trend. Global surveillance is going to explode. Social credit systems in China are set to be implemented next year in 2020. When other governments see how good it works, they are gonna want in on that action. It's likely that people with prior offenses in Western Countries will be banned from travel, under new "Red Flag" laws and terrorism prevention. If you don't have a driver's license at the DMV, they got your info on Instagram. If you are somehow a ghost, they can just can your face on the street corner, all automated, all driven by big data and analytics. There is nowhere to run, nowhere to hide for those that they deem targets.
Obviously real crime is stopped with this system, but the powers are be are not super concerned with this, as we have seen. They are concerned with controlling the masses, and slowing and hindering any attempts by awakened individuals to change the public discourse. I am predicting that by 2030, the 2nd amendment will be completely repealed and guns will be illegal to purchase without special rights. People who already have the guns will just keep them in their safes. But unlike what people say, there will be no revolution that happens when they take away the 2nd. The demographic swing to the left after Trump leaves office will probably never swing back until the US breaks up or some other crazy event takes places. Freedom of movement will be restricted. Freedom of speech is ALREADY being restricted. Freedom to arm yourself will be removed. All of these things are already underway and the literal "mass shootings" in the USA every month are proof in the pudding. They want the second amendment gone, and they will take it away before 2030, guaranteed. [/size]
