I found anyone wanting to network with people without doing any specific to be a waste of time. Reminds me of those "networking mixers" they have where they allow any profession and it's usually all people with no jobs and no good skills trying to network their way to the top. If someone was looking to do a niche group with people in the same industry it would be a different story.

Where I am, anything that is branded as a network event is invariably full of life and executive coaches, photographer moms and other similar types.

The real people making things happen are generally too busy for this type of thing.

OP, the RVForum is the "private group for entrepreneurs" you're looking for. Sheesh, unless your ideas are impossibly clever and simple that anyone on the internet could straight up use them right away, then there really is no difference between a thread on RVF and a WhatsApp group, except for the fact that in the second one you get access to phone numbers and names.

Hell, when you join this forum it says not to give away any personal info and shiet. Come on.

You can make usernames for WhatsApp. Plus, there's nothing to pinpoint numbers to your profiles here.
