Up until now it resembles the Real-Liverpool Champions League final, where Liverpool just couldn't get it off the ground due to a lack of hunger. If you've won so much, at some point you just lack that hunger, and Argentina seems to have that, France not. Hope France can come back but overall it is deserved for sure for Argentina now, however the crying, emotionality, theatre and talking to the referee is annoying, but I guess that's part of the plan. Too much theatre for me, like Barcelona back in the day, they should go to the rugby rules where only the captain can talk with the referee.

Ridiculous! The entire Argentinian strategy relies on the referees favoring them so that they aren't given a ton of yellow and red cards that they would otherwise be receiving, plus obvious favorization (with VAR mysteriously turned off) in regard to penalties.

Penalty was soft but Argentina have been dominating against an overrated French side. Also Rabiot might have been lucky to only see yellow for his tackle so it evens out imo
