A drug-user is taken to hospital and is not searched until police arrive. He had a gun on him the whole time and is not a very good listener (scenes of violence, gunfire):

To think, he was just days away from completing his medical degree to become a surgeon at the very hospital where those racist cops shot him dead..

They should have put a bullet in this criminal's head right at the beginning of this video, and they certainly should have wheeled it to an extermination chamber to be put down around half way through.

Society receives no benefit from the continued breathing of this type of vermin.

After watching the video, and re-reading the text, it's at least a relief to learn that the animal in question was fatally shot during this incident. Everybody is better off with this specimen terminated.

Have been following this last week with increasing shock.

Genuinely believed the riots were over after Biden was handed the Presidency. Over in the sense that they wouldn't be able to commit violence and destruction with impunity anymore

Also a bit surprised by the evolution of these protests. Last year you had large crowds of tens/hundreds of thousands of people protesting in many cities, and many of these protests turned into anarchy and chaos due to genuine anger

Now you have small groups of at best 1000-1500 insurrectionists (and often times in the low hundreds) carrying out arson, intimidation, vandalism and violence in a very organised and disciplined manner

I'm not surprised, to be honest. Portland in particular was already dealing with some unrest before Corona restrictions. (It's long been a city full of Millennials and Zoomers with few job prospects.) The service industry was keeping a lot of people underemployed, now the 'rona rules have plunged them into unemployment. With little else to do but peruse social media they're all the more vulnerable to grifters who want to pay someone to start something. And there's plenty of unemployed, hopeless and lonely people to join them. Plus with all the higher income people working from home, and thus able to move away while keeping their job, where are some of these cities gonna get funding for the police?

I don’t know that most of them had genuine anger. I think that a lot of people in the leftist underclass are opportunists who saw an opportunity for what they perceived as a party atmosphere. I say this from having watched a bunch of live feeds early on in last year’s riots. I could be wrong.

I think this may be the facade of a “popular movement” melting away and now the core of insurrectionists is left. Of course, it is early and summer is not here yet. These could be the ones sowing seeds for the summer.

The riots are over because the mainstream news just won't report on it or play it up. I had to scroll far into CNN to see anything about this week's "protests" and Yahoo news has nothing.

Best of both worlds for politicians. They're using intimidation but no one who isn't immediately affected by it knows or cares. Oh, you're an informed dissident who wants others to know and you can prove it? OK, conspiracy theorist.

This looks like a vid' from New York or one of the boroughs. A man was pulled over for going through a red light and he has super dark tinted windows. Instead of producing a driver's license, he pulls out a toxic chemical and sprays the officer. Seems like an over-reaction for such a small infraction:

There are more details in the thread.
