Of course, it appears they were rioting outside of his apartment complex. The deceased approached Perry’s car, which was surrounded by a mob and being beat on, yelling at him. The deceased had both hands on the rifle but, according to the prosecutors, he didn’t raise up the barrel so it wasn’t ok to shoot him yet. You see, you have to wait until an irate member of a violent mob points his AK at you while you’re seated in a car surrounded by his comrades before you can shoot him.

The idea of a jury of your peers, when properly instructed, being your friend in these cases is quickly eroding.
Liberals could once vote for bad (or very bad) politicians but still separate that fantasy from real world scenarios like sitting on juries.
These days are largely over, I’d say.
For example, look at the way Whites in Minneapolis actively enabled the BLM riots that started in their city in 2020 through years of ignoring and even facilitating crime by electing do-nothing or even do-bad council members, mayors, state legislators, Congressmen, and Senators.
For eons they watched as mostly African-American (and Somali) crime exploded. They did nothing and kowtowed when the police had already initiated a Ferguson effect.
“Oh, let’s be not be racist” or “Let’s be Minnesota nice” was the silent or sometimes not so silent mantra at play.
If yuppie, predominantly White cities like Minneapolis are doing this, it’s only natural that über-woke cities like Austin (Travis County) or newly emerged racial jungles like Houston (Harris County) will catch up and potentially become even worse.
Houston always leaned somewhat more left than the rest of Texas, but prosecutors and the population at large, from which juries were selected, were comparatively fair on punishing crime or wanting criminals to be punished. Republicans may have seen large cities like Houston as being lenient on crime yet egregious miscarriages of justice were rare. Not the case anymore.

This is the worst city in Florida and I've been all over the state for work. I warn you all. Avoid.
That thing of standing still in a bent over pose is new to me. I assume they're heavily wasted on something, and just standing there buzzing, but something about the drug makes them stand hunched over instead of sitting or laying down. Weird!
They retreat to Lilly white neighborhoods and bring the same politics there.
