It's been worse before. This is the saddest video I have ever seen.
Is this the peak of the crisis or can it get worse than what we saw in this video?

Sorry, but I don't get it.
Monty Python is fiction, while the Twitter video is real (hopefully not AI-generated).
Granted, the Monty Python movie is a comedy. However, what are the portraying? The time in pre-industrial Europe where common people lived in total squalor, with no plumbing, or refrigeration, with only rags for clothes, livestock sharing their living quarters, etc. On top of this, the bubonic plague was in full swing, with people dying left and right. They did literally have wagons going through town to collect the dead at that time. Other than the jokey dialog, I thought the scene provided a fair representation of those conditions.Sorry, but I don't get it.

That list reinforces my fear of drought! His point is valid. It can get that bad:
How dare Wal-Mart not allow BLM terrorists to loot their store empty...
This may be the entirely wrong thread for this, but perhaps a white pill of sorts, really liked what this politician had to say and I suspect he's pretty based on the crime issue as well. I will say I don't think that any white conservative would have the courage to speak like this. He did offer an apology, but just for the demons part of his speech, which I presume means he still thinks trannies are imps, which I find hilarious and accurate.
Anyway, THIS is an example of truth to power. Why can't we have the same biting truth on the decline of our cities and its causes?

More coming out of Chicago. I think we all know to stay out of inner cities, but this will just spread across the country like a cancer if it isn't stopped.

It is what it is. We are becoming Detroit.I know that area very well. It's right in the heart of the Loop (downtown). Lots of tourists, office workers and close to expensive condos. Supposed to be safe and nice, and not have packs of hyenas roaming around. But the urban, white leftists enable it. The little thugs are lucky the yuppies don't want guns.
If Chicago keeps this up, the entire city will turn into Detroit and not just the West/South sides.

I talked to a friend on CPD who used to be on the mayoral security detail. The guys assigned to Brandon Johnson are going to have to have their heads on swivels. He still lives in the hood. His house is run down and has trees growing out of the gutters. He owes a couple grand for unpaid water bills that we know about but is going to be in charge of a $12Billion dollar budget? We're screwed.
I had family that worked for CPD and still have a few friends although most are getting out. After having no contract for four years their union agreed to an 8 year/20% pay increase. That's insane for how things are going now. I am so glad that I didn't join CPD years ago.
