Why does anyone give a fuck if some artist kills herself? They do this all the time. My Dad's sister ate a bottle of sleeping pills. Left behind my 10 year-old cousin.

Someone would care if "some artist" kills herself because she has made a positive impact on that persons life and society. Why does anybody give a fuck if some random person kills himself or gets killed? Sure, it's sad, but this random person has not affected me, my family, or my friends in any sort of way. On the other hand, (insert "some artist's" name here) has provided me with hours of entertainment, artistic inspiration, and has motivated me to do cool things with my life and break shit.

(This has nothing to do with Amy Winehouse or your dad's sister, but since you asked, there ya go...)

Have to admit this is the first time I've ever heard of Amy Winehouse.

I don't feel sympathy for someone who was given a very rare shot at stardom through her music and abused it in every aspect she could: drugs, violence, alcoholism.

I personally know dozens of talented musicians who would die for the opportunities she had and give back to humanity.

I just saw one of her videos for the first time. Seriously, she sounds like shit. I don't see how anyone can call her a musical genius. She sounds (and looks) like a tranny!
