Just found out about this. He was well known in the world of home wine making, so if you're into making wine, mead, cider, etc. then I'm sure you know who he was. His recipes and research got a lot of us started in this hobby and we'll always be thankful for everything he did. He was able to make wine out of almost anything and everything.
