Hello Roosh,
I will recommend you to check the work of Primal Edge Health or Darren Schmidt for fasting and nutrition, they lay-down with useful information about the path we need to follow to fast effectively. Basically a diet rich in animal products, fermented foods and natural-fats. Avoiding seed oils is vital (soy, canola, palm, peanut, etc) , probably more than sugar, as they deteriorate the mechanisms our body use to nourish ourselves, poisonous ingredients that demons have used to flood our foods, sometimes just for the sake of having them without being necessary, and thy are literally everywhere from food for babies to pet foods, but they are specially present in the Vegan industry, which pretty much is based in food technology, where many demons have invested plenty of efforts to popularise and force those options to the public, displacing truthful health information in favour on socking them in a cycle of health miss information, so we get sick and they can further profit from medical practices to cure illnesses that could completely be avoided in first place.
A healthy body can easily fast for 24-48hrs with proper nutritional foundations, but not having that foundation could harm you.
Thanks you for your work.

Any sources?

For a general understanding on nutrition, there is the work of Weston A. Price, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration and the The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care by Sandy Fallon for future parents. Darren Schmidt is based in his Nutritional Healing center in Ann Arbor, some of his work can be find in Youtube, but he has been heavily suppress, Primal Edge Health (Tristan) can be found as well in Youtube, he is an Orthodox Christian with recommendations about how to have a primary Carnivore diet (but not cult like mentality, in a sense that it is understood you can eat other foods as long those foods are not compromise by Food technology processes or mix with harmful ingredients). Other sources involve BillGates, as he has been investing in what I refer as Food Technologies, companies like Beyond meat had gotten plenty of Gates money to manufacture fake meat, being one example of many others.
Edit note:
I will suggest to search for this names and information using Searx or at least Duckduckgo

Can you make a new thread on this topic? That way we don't derail this thread too much. I'm pretty interested.

I found this which says pretty much the same thing you are: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/are-vegetable-and-seed-oils-bad

Back to Roosh Hour, I missed the first half but caught the second and was one of the more enjoyable things I've watched/listened to lately.

Excellent call-in Roosh. If you were ever to have an even more in-depth conversation with Father Spyridon, it would be fascinating to learn more about his concerns over the modernist trends of the Greek Orthodox Church which lead him to leave it for the Russian Orthodox Church.

I suspect it may be in line with the concerns a few of us have been having.

Roosh, I was genuinely touched by your reaction to Father Spyridon’s call in, so much so that I shed a few tears of joy for you.

I have not experienced many feelings of joy such as this, but have had two in recent times, both of these I attribute to God’s grace and hope that these signs will encourage me to strengthen my faith.

The Dutch caller on the stream talked about a show where adults got naked in front of children. It's very real:

In a European welfare state country with public school and plenty of free education, how could this show be about anything but normalizing pedophilia? This is disgusting. Almost as bad as the swedish cartoon with the man who used his benis to solve problems.

This is way, way worse as these are real people. Just look at the pervs that are naked, physiognomy is real.
It makes me want to do things God forbids me to do.

I enjoyed the stream as usual, Roosh, but I have to say, for you to literally laugh at the idea of salvation by grace (during the fourth caller) feels like a low point for you. Very cultish. We can debate salvation and have done so, but there is no reason to laugh at salvation by grace, even if you are inclined to believe it is more of works.

Great stream. Wonderful to hear Fr. Baily's words of wisdom to you. That must have been cool!

I find it interesting that the only critiques of Jay Dyer have to do with personal attacks, and not theological differences. It seems the Roman Catholics don't have much in the way of rebuttal to his apologetical arguments, so they resort to ad hominem. As you stated, our Church is a spiritual hospital for sinners, of whom I am the first. Jay is one of the best apologists around, and has been responsible, through the grace of God, for bringing many seekers to Orthodoxy (myself included).

Anyway, keep up the great work, Roosh. I enjoy your Roosh Hours greatly and I look forward to reading your new book!
